Staybridge Suites Fairfield Napa Valley Area, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Fairfield - 4775 Business Center Dr, USA

Our family of 7 had an incredibly good time staying here over New Year’s. We stayed in a cozy 2-bedroom 2-bath suite with a kitchenette-living room. We loved the convenience of the breakfast buffet in the mornings, and being able to prepare our own meals in the evenings. Best of all was the indoor pool and hot tub! The pool is small and shallow enough so that our weaker swimmers felt comfortable and could join the rest of us there. We brought some pool toys and ended up playing with some of the children of other guests, having great fun in the pool. We also got to meet and socialize with other guests in the hot tub. The young men in our family also used the fitness room. On our second day we visited the Jelly Belly factory nearby and had an absolute blast there! Overall this is a great place to stay if you want some carefree, simple and affordable fun away from home!

We had a very good comforting stay here for a few nights.. nice friendly staff.. clean rooms.. decent foods.. great atmosphere.. definitely will be back if need be.. definitely Recommend other folks to stay here!! Fire pit.. outside court yard.. pool . Hot tub.. y'all gotta try! And GYM!!

My Diamond Elite status was not acknowledged, room was not clean. Crumbs on counter, food spill on side of King Bed (picture evidence), ants in bathroom, linens for 2 when reservation was for 3. No linens for 2nd pull out bed, TV in bedroom not working. I discussed these issues with front desk and were told that when we return the next day all will be taken care of. When we arrived back at the hotel in the evening there was a bag of towels at our door. No cleaning was done. The front desk made a list of issues we had and said that a housekeeper called in sick and they were short handed.

I stayed here for a weekend after a life transition. It was so relaxing and the breakfast was good too, the first morning. The second morning, their kitchen staff called out, so we had to go next door for breakfast to their neighboring hotel, and unfortunately, the food didn't look good, so I didn't try any of it. I will definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed myself and was able to relax.

The beds slept great. The hotel is dated and could use refurbishments. Carpets are worn and dingy looking. Breakfast each morning included hot eggs, either scrambled or in an omelet. Good options on toast or bagels.

The most outstanding feature for us was the sense that we had been there before. The construction theme, choice of colors, selection of furniture and other appointments made us feel right at home, even though we were first-timers. And the service, even though a small inconvenience experienced on our part, was quickly remedied by the night manager who made the television work with the first try. I would say that as more travelers become aware of the brand, they'll opt to stay at Staybridge instead of their other options.

This is certainly one of the better Staybridge properties I have stayed at in the past year. The staff is AWESOME, the rooms are clean (but certain areas could use attention), and the evening reception is decent. My only complaint is the ASTOUNDINGLY SLOW **WIRED** internet connection. (wireless = 50Mbps, wired = 5-7Mbps). Highly recommend this property!

The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, roomy with a nice kitchen and supplies. When there was a problem with no breakfast employee the check in staff worked hard for solutions. Will look forward to our next stay in Staybridge Suites Fairfield.
