Staybridge Suites Denver North - Thornton, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Thornton - 13719 Lincoln St, USA

I made a reservation at Staybridge Suites, Thornton North because I had heard from a friend they are excellent! After a grueling day I arrived and before I even reached my room the front desk staff had me laughing and relaxing…they made sure I had everything I needed. The amenities were great. I took a quick swim in their wonderful pool. The meet and greet that evening was amazing and I was able to make some new friends and network with some potential business associates. The The room was amazing bed very comfortable pillows so soft I was able to totally relax and had a great time. I will definitely be coming back to Staybridge suites.

I feel like giving 5 stars to rooms and location diminishes the true reason for this post. The service here is amazing! I have haven’t haded a bad experience yet. I drove an hour out of my way to stay here. Every person that works here is of the highest caliber but in my opinion the mid shift supervisor Ian has customer service dialed in. I have seen him juggle requests, phones, and check in with ease. It is impressive how he makes you feel this complete property was built for you alone! Absolutely I believe the day he leave this property, it will suffer.

We stayed for 4 days at this hotel. This was a great stay for us - our room was clean with good soundproofing (we did not hear any noise from the neighbors) and customer service was excellent. Location was perfect for our short visit to the area. There are several restaurants and stores nearby, including In and Out, Walmart, etc.||We also enjoyed the complimentary evening socials (on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays) - chicken nuggets and mini waffles one night, spring rolls and dumplings another night, etc. There were also free hot coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7.||We also used their free laundry facility. You can buy laundry detergent and dryer sheets from the front desk, or bring your own but signs said not to use laundry pods. It took about 30 minutes to wash, and about one hour to dry.||Water pressure in the shower was not very strong, but we still enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Very clean, affordable and friendly! Great place to stay, would definitely stay again and recommend to familyand friends! The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and well maintained. Very convenient and staff did a wonderful job making it feel like home away from home.

Our first holiday in the USA and we chose this hotel as our base. Coming from the UK, we found an excellent, quiet, clean and accessible room and some sensible, varied options for breakfast. The air-conditioning was excellent. |Well placed for access to the Interstate, highly recommended...

Best decision ever to stay at this hotel. Suite with a full kitchen very comfy and very clean. We had pets which were very happy in the suite. Room service was very convenient we could even request the time for room service depending on our schedule The breakfast was filled with different varieties and was yummy. Pool with a hot tub was a cherry on the top. Close to mall, yummy resturants and walmart. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel is nice, beautiful, and clean. I have stayed there three times before. My family and me were at the pool, my kids were playing and they accidently caused the clock to fall, and was glass in the floor. i went to the front desk to communicate because i was concern and afraid that somebody will cut them self's because i don't think glass clock could be at be the pool, look very dangerous. the front desk told me she will leave a note to the manager, when we left they pull out 100 dollar from my account for the clock, and i call them to tell that was to much they told me to go buy a clock from target for 80 dollar. i wasn't satisfied with the answer either because we are out of town and can't buy the clock and take there. the GM told me that they will refund the money but we are not very welcome there and they will cancel my membership at this Staybridge Suites. what make me sad is they didn't communicate with me and pull 100 dollar from my account. and the manager had very poor costumer service because knowing the that clock was made of glass and was dangerously place in the swimming pool .
