I would stay in Stay Bridge Suites again and again. The hotel is not only beautiful and neat, the customer service is outstanding. The workers are friendly, nice and very helpful. I was impressed with the way Mr. Walter M. handled an issue I had while in Stay Bridge Suites recently. He remained calm and patient with me until he professionally resolved the issue. I will recommend this hotel. You can trust them to take care of you and your belongings.

If no stars was an option I would choose that. I am used to hospitality and I get that places are trying to cut cost and are understaffed yet if I am told to request room service the day before and the request is made a day before, I expect to get my room cleaned. It took 2 days after not getting my room cleaned before I finally returned to find my room cleaned. Just for context- I checked in Sunday, requested room service Monday for Tuesday. It didn’t happen. Notified front desk Tuesday so it can get cleaned Wednesday, it didn’t happen. Notified front desk, finally got my room cleaned Thursday. Also, on received a call from the hotel Wednesday that the rate I was booked under, “corporate” flagged and would not honor because I was part of my daughter’s team room block. Yet I was working remotely the entire time I was there before/after and in between her games. I was told because I was not on “official business and had booked with her team block” they had to charge that price and not the deeper discounted price of my employer. Not only did I receive horrible customer service for my stay, but poor administrative service. This should have been communicated to me when I spoke to the hotel and told by their employee who updated my reservation to honor my employee discount that they could. Also, the woman who called me originally said they require an id to honor that price and when I told her I didn’t have it but am sure I have a business card on me and would bring it down when I returned to the hotel she then switched up and said they couldn’t honor the rate because I am not traveling on “official business”. Again, I get businesses are struggling. But to wait until the day before I’m set to check out to tell me you are changing my rate, now I’m stuck and cannot switch to a hotel who would- that is downright ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

First time staying at this hotel. The road we took in didn’t look promising but the area opened up to newer buildings. Staff at reception was pleasant and answered my questions. Beds were comfortable; we also used the fold out bed in the living area which was said to be okay but we had to go get the bedding at the front desk. The kitchen is small and laid out in such a way that only one person fits in there. The utensils, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc were sparse or nonexistent. I was told later that we might be able to retrieve some of the missing items at the front desk but we made do. The area for eating had two chairs and the room holds up to six people! We sat by the pool which is lovely. The free breakfast buffet in the lobby is well laid out with plenty of options including hot items and fresh fruit. Parking was easy and the area seemed safe. Think we shall give this place another shot when we return to this area.

As frequent travelers, we called this hotel twice to confirm that cribs were offered as this is critical to us booking at any hotel. Both times we were told yes and advised a crib would be ready in our room at check in. Arrive at the hotel after our flight and guess what? No crib. Front desk employee then goes on to say we never called and we booked third party, neither of which is true, but they would be able to set up a crib for us the next day. This obviously does nothing to help, as our daughter needs a place to sleep every night, so we had to spend an extra $80 at Target to buy a Pack N Play. On to the hotel itself, the bed sunk lower than the Titanic. The pillows were essentially four squares of toilet paper crammed into a pillow case in terms of loft/support. The couch was broken. Bathroom sink was clogged. Ice machine in the freezer had mold. WiFi was borderline unusable and location got zero cellular reception in the room. There was nothing “suite” about the room in terms of layout and size, it was just a normal sized hotel room that took tiny bit of space and created a “kitchen”(tiny sink, microwave and aforementioned moldy fridge). Bathroom was incredibly small. There was a ton of trash in the stairwell that wasn’t picked up for three days. Not sure if “scrambled eggs” or egg flavored oatmeal was served at breakfast, in terms of taste and consistency. There were no pool towels one of the two times we went swimming. As for the positives, the proximity to Dos Lagos is cool, I guess?

We were able to check in early due to a early arriving flight. People who work here are incredibly nice. Everything here impressed me which is not easy to do. Thank you so much for accommodating all of our needs. I love this place and we'll come back again.

We stayed here for a week and I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff. Shortly after arrival, I received to a text to ask if our room was ok. We needed a few items and were able to get them in a short time. I figured that would be it, but a few days later I received another text asking about our stay. I again needed a few items and I had a concern about a few things in our unit. Once again, the team attempted to fix the situation right away. ||The breakfasts were very good. I especially enjoyed the fresh spinach, tomatoes, onions and cottage cheese in addition to the usual breakfast items. As a hot tea drinker, I was happy to see a variety of tea flavors. My family liked the french toast that could be put in the toaster. ||We did not use the pool, but we used the fitness room. The free weights had ranged from 10-50# and were in great condition. We also used the tread mill (there are 2) plus I think an elliptical. Towels and disinfecting wipes are provided. It was quite warm in this room, which might be because it is connected to the laundry room. The fitness room was clean and blissfully quiet (no piped in music). ||The kitchenette area was a good place to make a few meals with a decent microwave, toaster, full fridge/freezer and cook top.

The room we were assigned was not only clean and spacious but also boasted a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who cherish a home-cooked meal even when traveling. Despite its close proximity to the freeway, the hotel is a haven of peace. The soundproofing is exceptional, ensuring that the hustle and bustle of the outside world does not intrude upon the calm atmosphere within. The complimentary breakfast was nothing short of exceptional. With a wide variety of choices, from healthy options to indulgent treats. The only drawback was the parking fee. An additional charge of $10 per day for self-parking seemed a tad steep, especially for guests staying multiple nights. While this is not uncommon in city hotels, it is something to consider when budgeting for your stay. Don't forget to check out the nearby Dos Lagos lakeside park. Such a delightful place to visit!

Very nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. This was our first stay in Southern California and we received a lot of suggestions on places to visit and things to do. Esmeralda kept our room very clean and tidy during our stay. She checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. We definitely felt taken care of. I would happily stay at this hotel again if we are in the area.
