A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a bit dated in their style but still exceptionally clean and comfortable. A nice pool, with a gazebo with grills, as well as more grills on the deck overlooking the pool area.

My husband and I were here for an extended stay. It is very dog-friendly and if you love to have walks with great views this is the best place to be. Pikes Peak in the distance. They have little hiking trails too. Their customer service is the best, no complaints and Scott and LeeAnn were the absolute best. They were always making sure we got everything we needed and whenever we had a dilemma they handled the situation immediately. Scott was also very helpful recommending places and restaurants to travel to in the area. Fantastic GM! 10/10 would recommend.

Great location right off the highway 25. Rooms were large, clean and had comfortable beds. Free breakfast was much better than most hotels. Very nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Definitely would stay here again!

Hotel and staff were excellent during my one night stay. Food in the evening for social hour; and decent breakfast in the morning. Location was good and quiet off the beaten path....but also was a little hard to find the entrance as the hotel is set back off the roadway. Mind you, I was arriving via motorcycle in a downpour thunderstorm so that night have added to me missing the entrance the first time by.

Update 6/11: Regardless, of the pet fee being waived there is no excuse. Why would anyone want to switch rooms to yet another filthy room???Based on the manager’s gaslighting responses to other negative reviews I would never recommend anyone stay there again. Pay more money and stay at a resort in the CS area. And yes, by definition bed bugs do cause itching…simple google search tells one this… Absolutely disgusting. Where to start….floor has dirt around fridge, carpet is torn, stains are all over the couch, dirty yellow smudges in the bathroom sink vicinity where the soap is ….Our shower has literal dark brown stains all over the shower tub floor. I am hoping I get at least a partial refund for this (office girl is aware of this/she was apologetic) - still waiting on assistant manager to call and make things right. I will update should she be helpful once she reaches out. My husband and I both have itchy skin this evening, most probably from bedbugs. I’d never stay here again nor recommend this place to any military family. We’re a military family and I expect better treatment for this reason for someone who serves this country. Please make this right!!!!

Hands down our best stay anywhere! I cannot stress enough how amazing this staff is! Leann at the front desk was so incredibly kind and BEYOND helpful, and the manager Scott was hands down the best , he was so helpful and they absolutely go above and beyond to be helpful, the beds are comfortable and the room is clean and it has basically a full kitchen which is just great! A pool a hot tub a basketball court and an AMAZING breakfast.. we absolutely loved our stay and will stay again and again when we’re able to! my familyand I loved it here!!!

The location is great. It's right off 25. We weren't at the hotel much, but when we were and needed assistance, the staff was very attentive. There was only one day I stayed in all day (last day) and that's when I started noticing it wasn't the cleanest. Spider webs in just about every corner ac vents were VERY dusty. Overall w proper cleaning I'd stay again. It's also on the older side I think it should be updated soon.

Nice Staybridge, starting to show it's age, and could probably use a update. Part of the Breakfest area was being remodel during our stay. Beds are comfortable, and great view if your on the west side of motel. Wish they had a oven in the kitchen, but other than that it met our needs for our 7 day stay. Only 1 elevator in building, and does run slow so be prepared.
