I work on the road alot and when I come to check in to hotels I try to get to my room as fast as possible to get some rest. Out of all the Staybridge hotels I have been to, this location has been by far my favorite. Alissa was very friendly and helpful. She had my room key ready for me upon check in. Was extremely informative and professional. Got me checked in really quick. The environment all together was very pleasant. The room was excellent. Nice clean room, the couch and bed were extremely comfortable. Will definitely be returning again to this location when I come back to work in Charleston.
I rarely write reviews. But I have to tell you about the outstanding experience we had at this location- From c/in to c/out the staff were amazing - all very positive and.Attentive!! The room was very clean ( which we were skeptical about at first because the hotel accepts pets), and the breakfast options were few but good. There was a female employee who seemed to be everywhere we were. Don’t recall her name but her enthusiasm was infectious! I watched her greet everyone she came in contact with! All in all the experience was excellent! We will definitely stay there again!
I come here weekly for work and every time I am welcomed with a warm greeting from the front desk. My rooms are always clean and Maria makes sure to go above and beyond with her service and hospitality! She deserves a raise or promotion lol! All the workers and staff are so kind and If I could shout each one out I would. Love staying here!
This hotel has the best hospitality staff I have ever encountered!! Aside from the rooms being clean and well-stocked, the employees here, from the front desk personnel to maintenance to housekeeping, are phenomenal and always make sure we’re extremely well taken care of. Special shout out to the front desk rotation and Ms. Maria with housekeeping as they’re consistently going above and beyond, have the best customer service, and make sure to put a smile on our faces!
I LOVED THIS HOTEL AND WILL BE BACK! First thing I noticed when i got my room was how fresh it smelled and how clean it was. Staff was amazing, professional and very nice. I needed a pitcher and had it to my room in SECONDS. Loved having my own little kitchen, Their Breakfast was yummy and I am on a Keto diet so had items I could eat. I knew my vehicle was safe when security comes every night at 10pm and does their rounds. Thanks CSI SECURITY. Beautiful, Clean, Safe, what else could a solo woman Need this hotel is a plus.
The ladies were so nice and I enjoyed my stay. Great customer service and rooms were excellent very spacious. Breakfast was amazing would definitely stay again. The experience was overall a 1 million stars! You will not disappointed.|All the ladies were nice
This is by far one of the Best stays we've had! I can't say enough about this Staybridge. |Let's start with the staff.. |Friendly, fun, helpful and cheerful. They all seemed to enjoy what they do, and it shows in the service they offer. Free breakfast everyday, and I mean GOOOOD breakfast!! Also Mon-Weds they do an evening social with yummy small appetizers to let people meet and greet. |The room was beautiful!! It felt new like it was recently redone. The bathroom was a Great size and there was a bedroom separate from the kitchen living room space with 2 queen size beds. They have all the amenities you could hope for!! We can not wait to stay here again asap!!
The best service I've ever had at any hotel, that I've stayed!! The ladies were the best, with smiles and laughter! Helpful and accommodating! The rooms are beautiful and very clean, beds are comfy and they even had a small meal and drinks at 530 pm . The breakfast was good, even had my favorite, which is grits! I will definitely stay with Staybridge again! It's my new hotel go to, and I will look for them in every place I go! 5 stars from me across the board!! And affordable!! ❤️
