Staybridge Suites Boston Logan Airport - Revere, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Revere - 245 Revere Beach Pkwy Bldg 1, USA

We only stayed one night so our visit was short, however we were able to check out the bar in the evening and grab breakfast before check out. The location is great for the airport but not a lot within walking distance. The subway is near by and you can take a quick ride to the city if needed. They have a small selection of beer and wine as well as a few dinner options. There is great seating all around the bar including fireplace. The room was very spacious and beds comfortable. It would make a longer stay here very enjoyable. The breakfast was available early and provided standard fare - bagels, cereals, and hot bar of sausage, potatoes and eggs. Overall enjoyed our short stay and would visit again.

Recently stayed here for a whole week and quite liked the place but it does have some issues. The hotel looks modern and neat from the outside and is obviously quite new. My room which was large and modern was only cleaned once during my one week stay which isn’t really acceptable when paying so much money to stay here. I was told that it was company policy not to clean the rooms every day, I’ve never experienced this in a hotel before and they are just cost cutting. Location was great for me, access to the subway station/airport. Breakfast was rather basic and served on paper plates with plastic knife and fork. Eggs were powdered eggs. Coffee was decent as was the sausage. Staff were OK but didn’t smile too much. Room doors were heavy and could be heard slamming in the early hours but that is just inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms. I would stay here again if it wasn’t so expensive. With some changes this hotel could be really good.

I was having a problem getting my boarding passes and the front desk staff was very helpful. She was able to get me shuttle transportation to and from the airport to ask JetBlue for help since I was not able to get the online. In the morning they called to remind me of my shuttle to the airport. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay there again.

This Hotel is clean, economical and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is about a 10 minute commute to Boston Logan Airport, with a complimentary shuttle that starts running at 5am daily and picks up about every half hour. This was extremely convenient, and we paid a very reasonable price. We would absolutely stay here again before our next departure from Boston.

The airport shuttle during traffic times takes a very long time. Check in was smooth and friendly. My room was fine, but the floor itself had an unpleasant odor. The downstairs bar food wasn't very good. My shower water was way too cold. Overall, it was fine but I was glad to leave.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was wonderful with all the comforts of home. My son loved seeing all the airplanes flying into the airport. Bar and lounge was a great addition. Target and stop and shop across the road was also a plus. Friendly staff.

At check-in, we found our room was not clean. There were red stains on the bed (blood or wine). There were hairs and dirt on the counters. The room had obviously not been cleaned properly. I went down to complain, staff just shrugged and seemed disinterested. This was the response to other issues and questions I brought to them. It doesn't seem like the staff believes in, or cares about their hotel. Breakfast is terrible. It's a collection of fat and carbs in various forms. No thought of health or the environment. No vegetables, no healthy proteins and all plates and cutlery are disposable. It seems okay as an airport hotel, they have shuttles running constantly and if you are only staying a night between flights (and get a clean room) the building itself looks new. We (myself, wife and child) were in Boston to visit family and were staying for three nights. We chose the Staybridge because we had a wonderful experience in London (Staybridge Vauxhall is highly recommended) this one is not ideal for families and was not up to par. Amenities: The gym is nice, but don't count on the pool, it's tiny, not clean and very uninviting. I will not be returning to this hotel. It had me rethinking my IHG membership.

To be honest, I don't think I will stay there again. There was no response to my request to clean my room, and after staying there for two weeks, I was quite annoyed by the unsanitary conditions. Also, the dishes from the previous guests were left in the dishwasher, which was very unpleasant. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature of the water varied depending on the time of day, and the water was lukewarm late at night, making it very difficult to get in. In addition, the hair dryer was out of order, and one female front desk clerk was so unhelpful and cold that I didn't feel like discussing the issue with her. The gym is clean and the laundry is installed, which may have been helpful during our stay.
