The staff is very nice helpful. I'm a bus driver and I have to sleep during the day to ensure my passengers are safe. I understand early checkin is hard sometimes, but this place, just give you the runaround. They showed No effort to help me at all. Just canned responses. Really really unhelpful for a lower quality hotel. Apparently it takes all day to clean one room. I guess the hotel staffs party was more important than my rest. There are a lot of people who rely on me getting good rest before long drives. This hotel ranks very low on customer service. All they have is pre written responses and couldn't be bothered to help.

The crew I work with stayed here for just over a month. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff are more than help full. The night shift guys Matt, David,and Guzman are always there and great conversation. The day shift people Gum, Ava, and Christy helped out at every turn. Very highly recommend staying here. Thank you all for making us feel like we were home

When first coming into this hotel, I was immediately greeted by the employee Guzman. He was absolutely so helpful and kind! It made my stay so much more complete knowing he works there. I will always recommend this hotel because of Guzman when people ask me where they should stay when visiting this area of Arkansas.

They were having some kind of a computer issue at the front desk and none of the folks working could seem to see beyond that. I’m sorry there were issues and some acknowledgment of the person standing directly in front of you would have been nice. Breakfast was ok, room was clean and very comfortable!

Stayed for a couple of days due to business. The staff was super nice, and the food was great. I really loved the rooms. Everything was pretty clean, and the location close to the trails makes it a good place to stay if you want to get your steps in after a day of meetings.

This was our first stay at this location. Overall, it was a good experience. We had a spacious one bedroom suite. The room was well-equipped, including a functional kitchen. Everything worked well and was quite clean. The bed was excellent. The couch was a bit firm, but okay. I liked that the desk chair height-adjusted well. The TV has a good channel guide. There are plenty of electric outlets throughout. Staff people were pleasant and helpful. Parking was adequate and the hotel is fairly easy to get to. The hot breakfast was ordinary, but plentiful though I did not like the eating area. Seating is limited and you have a choice sitting facing directly into the sun or sitting way down on the bench seat with the table at armpit level. There is also an eating bar with a couple of stools that are too high. It’s a nice-looking area lacking in function. Two other complaints: (1) no luggage stands. Usually I’m complaining that there’s only one, but this place has none. (2) no EV charging.|While I detailed some flaws, I think it’s a good place to stay.

Firstly, I feel honored to say thank you to Mr. Guzman Herrera for his professionalism and customer service. Not only has he went above and beyond for his position, but he was friendly and accommodating as a plus. My requests were a bit out of the norm, but he exceeded and delivered more than what I ever could have asked for. As a 7+ year Diamond Elite member, Mr. Herrera’s service far exceeded my expectations. As a 15+ year hiring professional and a 14+ year Regional Manager, I am certain he is capable of increased responsibility or a greater position. Again, thank you for accommodating my family and myself, your kindness will never be forgotten Mr. Guzman Herrera!

We had an okay experience here. When we checked in, our first room key didn't work. After we had started to get all settled in, another guest was assigned to our room (she checked in after us). The night manager smelled heavily like Marijuana (I personally have nothing against it. It was just so strong). When we got up in the morning for breakfast, the eggs were undercooked and a little runny. There were coffee grounds in my coffee. When the night manager was available, he did great. When he was away, there was no phone to call him on when we needed something. The rooms come with pots and pans as well as some other cooking items.
