Staybridge Suites Anaheim at the Park, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Anaheim - 1050 W Ball Rd, USA

Staff at check in were friendly and efficient. Having a huge room with a full refrigerator, microwave and kitchen supplies was so useful. Breakfast provided each day saved us money. It is quite a walk to Disneyland but we managed it okay, even after running a half marathon in the morning. The elevator gave us a little trouble and housekeeping had to be set in advance and they didn't clean the last day we asked them to come in. Only one elevator worked and it would sometimes take two tries to get it to go to the fourth floor, which we laughed about mostly. But we had a great overall stay.

The check-in staff (we arrived Friday January 26th) were particularly accommodating and helpful, thank you! Actually all the staff during our stay were excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. It would have been nice if breakfast started a little earlier on weekends if you are heading to Disney, but the included breakfast itself was good, it was the main reason we stayed there.

The room was comfortable! Shower was a good size didn’t feel tight! Loved the bed/ living area separation when we all needed room to spread apart the space was a plus!! Kitchen area was great too and had the necessary items if needed! We took an UBER to each park which was so much more convenient and paid less than parking!!

The Staybridge in Anaheim was really the perfect hotel to stay at for going to Disneyland. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stay with a lot of families around that seemed also very happy with the hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet was really great with many options, and was always being restocked even till it was closed. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the Disneyland parks but there is also a very close bus stop for the ART bus that takes you straight to the entrance of the parks. Overall this was a really pleasant experience and we would book to stay here again for sure.

This hotel is very convenient especially for family stay. We utilized the kitchen very much. The social hour was a great touch to bring guests together. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms did look like they could’ve been cleaned better as some spots were missed. Overall I would rate my stay a 4 star.

Very pleasant place. Clean. Good breakfasts, and 3 days a week Happy Hour. Irene was absolutely wonderful. She helped us strengthen out our handicap room. If you book here be aware they have 6 to 8 different types of room. We had a 1 bedroom handicap suite for 4 adults, 2 kids. It had a nice kitchen area, big bathroom. Only 1 bathroom was a slight tight fit for 6 people. We really enjoyed this hotel. Lots of parking for the area. 1.1 mile from Disneyland. We walked to the Disney parking lots, about 6/10th a mile, then rode the tram to park entrance. It was easy to get on I 5 if driving. Several nice parks within a mile+. The staff was very good. From the front desk, room service, an the rest. Very pleasant, good Disneyland park distance.

This hotel is pretty good overall. It is in a good location and there are free street parking near the hotel. The staff at check in did not recognize for being an IHG rewards club member. She claimed it is mandatory to purchase a hotel parking pass if you have a car. We declined and she gave us a dirty look. We parked our car on the street for 2 days without issues. The dead bolt in our room did not work correctly. The AC unit in the room made a lot of noise at night and it is right next to the one of the beds. There were a lot of people during breakfast and the foods were ok. Took way too long for the waffle machines. Wish the hotel would offer bacon and more fruit options. Only 1 elevator in the lobby and it took a long time to go back to the 4th floor.

I have stayed in many hotels and this is probably my best experience at a hotel. The staff were amazing in every way, always laughing and joking, and very helpful. The room felt like home, which is very important with two kids. The breakfast and social buffets were delicious and always had me going back for seconds. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Anaheim for work or for Disney. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the tram and after security, only a five minute ride to the park. Next time we go to Disney we will be staying here.
