Good evening! First I want to say the staff has been amazing. The quality of the units are horrible. We had to move to 3 different rooms before we found one decent enough to stay in. We are booked for a week. Unfortunately the booking does not allow refunds. The first room smelled like cigarettes and my chest tighten up. The second room had trash everywhere and missing parts of the ceiling, the third one we are in now, but you can tell it was not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. We ask for clean linen. The room was dusty, the the floors sticky and had a slight odor. The tub was stopped up and the water not draining out. The televisions are not working because management did not pay the service for Direct TV. (Gave us a lame excuse) My recommendation, please clean the rooms and pay the Direct TV bill. It is not fair to have someone pay money for dirty rooms and not be allowed to watch TV. I recommend do not stay at this location.

This was the worst experience at a hotel, I’ve ever had in my life. The first room had hair all over the bed, so they switched us into a new room. Then they said we can’t have a key for the room until the next day!!! This room was dirty, and the bedding was in terrible condition. It should have been thrown away. My skin felt like it was crawling with bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Our reservation was for this coming weekend, Aug.3-4, as a stopover to break up a long drive to Tennessee. Today I got a voicemail message from their manager, informing me that they had to cancel us, because of a leak that took out 13 rooms, pathetic! It's bad enough, the mediocre reviews of this place, but it seems like it really must be a dump, where they can't even send guests to another nearby property.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Neither tv worked for the 2 weeks I stayed, rooms were dirty, dishes were dirty in the dishwasher when I got there. The front desk woman was polite but overall not very helpful. They allow dogs which bark all throughout the night so you don’t get any rest with the thin walls. Like I said worst place I’ve stayed. Will not be back.

From check in to check out the AGM Zareena was outstanding. She was very welcoming, catering, and attentive. Any questions I had or accomodations I requested were resolved with swiftness. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay there and definitely will be returning when in the area. 5 star service!

Unforuntaley I did not have the experience I was hoping for by staying here. The first time I stayed here (August) the room was clean and nice the staff was excellent! Which is why I booked again this December. But, things have definitely taken a turn the first room was dirty by the time I came back to the front desk the employee was leaving it was only 8:45pm and the desk does close at 9pm. The second room I was moved in was better with the cleanliness but still unacceptable. The pull out bed did not have a sheet on it, the room did not have an extra blanket or sheet in the closet in order for me to place them on there myself. In addition to that the bathroom reeked of sewage smell. Making me gag every time I used it. The bed frame was broken and the pull out bed had crayon all over the mattress itself.

Would not recommend. Planned to stay for one night. Random dirty socks in the corner of the room, blood stains on one of the pillow cases, and the bed was wet with who knows what bodily fluids. Stay away at all possible!!!

My newlywed daughter plans to move to the Columbia area. I will, with no doubts, always stay at this establishment. The front desk personnel were wonderful and welcoming. Only problem we had were people bouncing a balls on the floor above us and running back and forth through the apartment room above us. I truly would not mind during waking hours but this occurred at midnight and for quite awhile afterwards. I had my daughter's wedding the following morning. I called the person covering the front desk. He said it would be resolved. The exact same thing happened the next night. A bit frustrating to say the least. Otherwise the rooms were expensive, we equiped, and very clean. I haven't enjoyed staying at a hotel in a long time. Hopefully I'll never get inconsiderate people above me again. Thank you for making my stay mostly wonderful. I will always use this hotel every time I go to visit my daughter and my new additional son.
