stayAPT Suites Auburn - Extended stay hotel in Auburn - 1656 S College St, USA

First time my husband and I have traveled to Auburn. I found this place on-line and looked great so we tried it. We stayed about a week and our stay was wonderful! This place is a hidden gem and a must stay if traveling this way. The full kitchen was a blessing as we cooked ourselves breakfast every morning. The staff is phenomenal. We arrived after hours and check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Auburn.

Absolutely loved this place. As a traveling artist who's stayed in auburn for the last 3 years frequently. This has to be one of the best properties I've stayed at. The place is literally brand spanking new! The rooms are like little apartments which make you feel more like home. Full kitchen and everything you need to feel right at home. The common area is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we weren't able to use it do to late night's at work but would have loved to. The management and staff that are on property are absolutely wonderful. Very kind hospitable and absolutely on top of keeping that place clean and up to date. Eveyone we met during our stay went outta there way to make sure it was an amazing stay. My only complaint is and understand its not the workers or managements fault thats why they get 5 stars and will definitely stay again. There's not someone on property at all hours as far as management or front desk. Which allows for some guest to take advantage of that. Cops were called twice during our stay( not by us). Do to people drinking in the parking lot and playing loud music and being obnoxious. Not really fun coming back from a long day at work to cops in the parking lot.

If used as intended for extended stays, this facility is an excellent option. The rooms are comfortable with a small but well equipped kitchen. As a short-term stay, it is nice but lacks the amenities like breakfast and pools found at traditional hotels.

The room was nice and clean. The court yard is very nice. Issues were bathroom sink was clogged and the dead bolt lock would not lock.

We stay in Auburn a few times a year and I have never noticed stayAPT before. Decided to give it a try and I am blown away at the value. First off it is half the price of the places I normally stay. It is a new property (explains why I never noticed it before) and the layout is wonderful. The rooms are very large and set up perfectly for a few day stay or an extended stay. The bathroom is large and the shower feels like you are at home not a hotel. Taneka (one of the managers) lives on the property and is an absolute pleasure. Very friendly, quiet, and for now, under utilized property. This will be our new go to property in Auburn!!!

We made a reservation based on location and price. We didn't get to stay at the property because my husband got ill right before we were supposed to leave for Auburn. Taneka, the general manager, called when she noticed we hadn't checked in. I explained the situation and that we wouldn't be using our room. She was so nice and wonderful about the situation. I can't say anything about the room or property since we didn't make it, but the manager is WONDERFUL!

New, clean, conveniently located in a vibrant area of Auburn. Close to restaurants, shopping, and more. The staff here is great!!!

First off this is a brand new property! But for a person that lives out of hotels year-round for work this place is perfect for extended-stay travel workers. Plenty of space. Full kitchen with a actual stove and large countertop bar area for dining. It’s a kitchen, living-room combo with a hallway separating the bedroom, and the bathroom is in the hallway feels like an apartment not a hotel.
