I am working night shift and I informed the staff about it when I did check in because I saw a sign saying they were under renovation. The person at the front desk told me they were doing painting and would not bother me. I stayed 2 weeks without major issues until they made me move to another room to paint my room doors. I accepted because I notice they started doing noises around with the condition of receiving a room that was quiet. This video is today. I had to pick up all my stuff and move somewhere else because they were renovating the room above my room and the one in front of mine. They lie to make you stay. Not recommended at all. They knew I had to stay around one month and did not care.
Additionally, they don’t give you your IHG points. Ask yourself.
Do not go here. And if your flight is delayed and they try booking you here, beg for somewhere else or just pay for a different hotel. It’s under construction. They will place you on the same level with loud noises and dust and debris all over and in the air. Squeeze past workers and tools. The door card didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. Front desk and manger were rude and awful. They need to close and get new employees. You have been warned.
Renovation to building. Washer dryer free but double dry time and only 3 of each to use. Breakfast was sub par
Free coffee off the lobby. Had to move rooms 3 times. No help from staff. 1st was stove top didn't work. Had to "smack" light on microwave to get it to iluminate the 2 burner hot plate
Hotel is ‘under construction’ with no repairmen to be found.
Good enough rooms for the price - they come with a full kitchen and dishware. Expect all the dishes to not be clean once you check in and clean them yourself first though.
Service is horrible and our room was not cleaned once throughout our four night stay despite asking the front desk twice.
Area is quiet and good. You seldom hear some planes but otherwise its a decent location close to the airport. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the other hotels in the area.
Was excited about finding a Staybridge along my travel home. Turned out it was an older motel with outdated furniture. The motel was being remodeled so there was not a food display area near lobby. The breakfast area a fold out table with no linen on it. Food was fried egg folded over, an over cooked sausage patty or Turkey link. Brought breakfast back up to room and door lock key card did not work. Had to go back to lobby with breakfast in hand to have the manager rekey the card so I could get back into my room. Room was extremely small for a Staybridge Brand. Refrigerator was apartment size instead of full size.
Very dissatisfied with room. Staff was great..
Stayed here several times for work over the years and it was a name e place to stay. However this stay was horrible! The pool was closed and hasn’t been cleaned in months, everything from bathrooms to the fitness center were closed for “renovations” but staff was using them. Hotel is torn apart everywhere, but no renovations were being done entire 10 days we are there. The smoke detectors in the hallway and public areas were taped up, the carpet in my room had several pet stains in the carpet, the shower head had red bacteria all over it from not being cleaned. The exterior grounds were over grown and the brick pathway broken up and a tripping hazard. There was three washer and dryers for the entire hotel and they were dirty and one dryer didn’t work. Was there for 10 days and the maid came by one time. When I complained about my room they offered to change it but I wanted to see it first and it was just as nasty as the one I was in. I purchased my own cleaning supplies and cleaned my entire room myself. The hotel is ran poorly and in poor condition. The day we left they put shock in the pool to start cleaning it after everyone I was there with complained openly in front of staff about the condition on the hotel. My workmates had issues with their rooms as well from showers leaking, showerheads, not working properly, cockroaches, having no pots or pans in a sweet, nonworking refrigerators and so on. Very disappointing and will not stay there again.
The Staybridge at Pooler is under remodel. It certainly was not full. My first room had a leaking tub. The breakfast was fine.
The landscaping needs care. There are weeds that would be easy to manage with herbicide. Staff was fine. The price is what made me book this stay. The conference I had was at a motel that would have cost me more.
I use IHG to compare rates with other choices. I am a member of other clubs.
I am not overly impressed with your motels. They seem adequate mostly.
I was travelling alone this time. My wife would probably not have been pleased with going to a room with a leaking faucet in the tub.
The stay was good but not very happy. Was close to shopping and not to far from downtown Savannah. It took a minute to check in because of the CC machine (needs updating), cannot use touch or Apple Pay. I am not to happy with the IHG experience. I stayed at an IHG in Kansas and had almost same experience. There was no closet to hang cloths or drawers in the room. Mattress was stained. If I have a choice I will not stay in IHG property again. The night shift employee Sasha should be commended for her accommodating service to ensure we were taken care of. Pool has algae in it not being maintained. Our request to not have housekeeping in our room was not respected housekeeping kept entering the room. Even after Sasha night shift staff informed them of this twice. If they cannot understand English they should not be employed.
What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - itâs big and comfortable and, if you ask, theyâ
Was traveling through and had the privilege of working out with a fun and talented group. The online sign up was super easy, was able to sign my waiver and reserve a class in a jiff. The gym was conveniently located and a quick walk from my hotel. T
