The manager was very rude had a huge attitude and I stayed 2 weeks not once did they clean my room but had the point to come check my room for roaches didn't find any so she moved the refrigerator and found a dead one. We kept our very clean. She wouldn't let me talk all she did was yell at me. The way she talks to people is no way to talk to your guest. I wouldn't recommend staying not even if your homeless. I will never come back to a place where I feel mistreated.. This women really had hurt my feelings the way she acted..

My wife and I stayed overnight after a long drive and checking out son in at Tuskegee University. The young Lady at the front desk was very nice the night of check-in, calling to assure our arrival. The next morning, the manager - Maurice was more than pleasant and accommodating in providing us late check out. We stayed in the two bed suite which had a perfect little kitchenette. The hotel is in a perfect location near a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores, and in between Auburn University and Tuskegee University. The negatives however: are that the wifi never seemed to be working properly, which may pose an issue for long term stay. They is no breakfast or coffee station in the morning.

absolutely terrible experience. we paid $185 for one night in a two queen bed room. when we arrived, our room was nasty. every piece of furniture had stains on it. the beds had secretion stains, unidentifiable stains, and pubic hairs on them and it was obvious they had not been cleaned. once we cleaned our beds, they were also rock solid with itchy sheets and made for a horrible night’s rest. the general aroma of the room and furniture was sweat and smoke. the bathroom sink drain stopper was broken and had to be forced open in order to drain the sink. don’t waste your time or your money under any circumstances. in the photos, the large stain is an unidentifiable stain and the small stain is very clearly a secretion stain. the pubic hairs were under the comforters and are not pictured

Room was dirty. Linens were cheap. TV channel directory was incorrect. Could not connect to wifi. Check in process was slow and they required additional information and forms not required by other hotels - and did not provide copies of the forms submitted. I will not stay there again.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. First thing that blow me away is that they charge you $20 if you accidentally lock your self out after hours. Then my TV did not work, all they did was come in and run a scan of the Chanel’s. Told me to call them if it didn’t work. Advised them that it did not work and never heard another word nor seen them. So my entire stay I had no TV. There is no one here at night to even help with any kind of emergency.

Staying on the first floor is noisy, there are baby roaches, the Wi-Fi is HORRIBLE, the staff is very nice EXCEPT one lady whom seems to be in charge. She has a rude demeanor and smart mouth. It’s a way to talk to humans, and I see she hasn’t learned that skill yet. I will never recommend anyone to stay here for more than 1 night, and only if you have to. The rules are ridiculously strict for the price you pay and they will harass you about them. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend!

I was told by a guest 3 times I was going to be killed, and on the same day, later that evening, I was physically attacked and had to run for my life. The Manager, Lynn, had cameras on the property and did not run them, and also informed me she did not want to get involved. I had paid an entire month of rent in advance, and she refused to issue a refund. The Manager was harboring a guest with intent to commit murder.

The lady upfront is rude beats on your door and talk to you like your nothing for no reason at all ! Dealing with a lot and then having someone talk to you like your nothing makes it even worse it truly hurt my feelings I never in my life wrote a review about nobody but she is a awful person and doesn’t deserve to be over nothing or nobody !
