Friendly staff. Great service. Our room had two king beds and a futon. We also had a family size table, a microwave, a kettle and a dorm size fridge/ freezer in our room. There’s a lot of parking. We will stay here again if we are travelling in that area in the future. I recommend this cute and cozy motel.

What a great place for a larger family/group to stay. Our room boasted 3 queen beds and a folding futon providing ample sleeping arrangements for 3 adults and 2 teens. There was a microwave and dorm fridge as well as coffee pot (no coffee or filters provided) and electric kettle. The room was clean and well maintained. Outside there was a single electric vehicle charger space as well as ample parking for all. There was no daily room cleaning but fresh towels/linens could be had by bringing soiled articles in a bag(provided at the front desk) to the office and grabbing replacements. Additionally, there were free slippers available for everyone. My family and I will be staying there again.

Positive: Very quiet room. Very limited activity around the location. Easy to relax. Negative: Remote from all attractions, other than the Niagara Falls airport.

Positive: Lots of towels, clean bathroom, nicely paved parking lot, nice looking buildings Negative: Stains on carpet and blankets. Room was advertised as a suite, but was just a normal room with a futon squeezed in.

Basically it worth $50-$70 per night for suite room, when I had no more option they charged me $343 for a night. 5 times more than the normal price.

Positive: Location was away from city and seemed safe. Sink was fancy showing it was newly built property. Had no bugs although from state of the room we certainly looked all over. Mini frig worked fine. Internet functioned though not very fast at all. Negative: 8 nails sticking up stepped on many times on floor between bathroom&room. Painted walls of room were badly painted as if children had been drawing on walls and painted over with thinned paint. Bedding was older and well used though not ripped. Negative: ""
