Soon as I walked in roaches on the bed. Immediately left and was refunded my money immediately. Thank you . Came in Labor Day weekend in an emergency, and this was one of the few hotels that had rooms available for my location. Will not be returning!

This was not what I expected. I did this online reservation. $97 get here the ask for $97. Plus 50 deposit and I said its nothing here worth a deposit. I get to my room I clean the restroom I seen dirt hair mold i. The shower toilet seat was barley on the windows was filthy!!!!! The fridge was dirty and top it off my door wouldn't Lock

I paid for 2 days 2 rooms, only to find spiderwebs in both rooms. Room 348 had dead bugs in the bed sheets, along with dead roaches in the bathroom. Now room 349 dead roaches in bathroom an orange substance on toilet, something foreign in the shower. Oh and the foot spa from the toilet flooding. Let’s just say they don’t want to give me my refund for 2 days 2 rooms.

Location more convenient with stores and restaurants really don’t have to drive anywhere but most of all room service wise can’t have privacy without them coming everyday to clean and being nosey looking through cabinets which is unprofessional!! They shouldn’t be coming everyday to clean which I found that weird and pets is the main thing they look for first

I received great service from Mrs Z. Very professional and informative. The location is great and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean.

Upon arrival to this hotel. I was told there were no weekly rooms available…. 🫤 while I was trying to understand how? And this is supposed to be a weekly right? They do have daily rates. But I felt as if I was being racially profiled. Had to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes while I was being checked in. So I paid the $74 & proceeded to the room. When I got into the room I noticed immediately it was a non smoking room but it smelled of cigarettes which I can’t stand. The bed was supposed to be a queen sized bed but it was so small. There were cigarette burns on the dressers. Food and drinks left in the fridge. Pulled the sheets back there were red stains on the sheets 🤢. Hair stuck to the dry off towels. No face towels. The kitchen area was clean until I opened the cabinet and saw a roach running around in there. Went back into the bathroom the shower looked liked it wasn’t being properly sanitized. The toilet seat wouldn’t come down. The medicine cabinet still had items in it. Roaches running across the shower rod. There were no other rooms available so I stayed. But as soon as the sun came up I was out of there. If you want comfortability, a warm shower, no roaches then I suggest finding another room.

Rooms were clean. Kitchen area clean. Nice basic place. Staff was always rude. Management and housekeeping went in our room while we were at grocery store and said we had too much stuff in our room and we had to leave. We still had a couple days on our reservation left. We just arrived the night before...this is an extended stay place... we had a couple of backpacks on the floor and a few of our daughters arts and crafts items on the bed at the time and we were told it was too much...??

Absolutely nasty , we had went up for no more than 15 mins checked the room and bed and it was super nasty . The shower was not clean and the bedding was not clean either . They refused us a refund because we had checked the bed for bugs and clean linens. She also accused us other things and was refusing to give us our money back . DO NOT STAY HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT !
