Very bad experience… we traveled 17 hrs to get there. I booked the room excited about the jacuzzi. I was told the remote for the tv is missing so the tv will not work BUT I can buy a remote and get reimbursement. We did not want to go anywhere else after all the driving. We checked the room, the jacuzzi was bigger than the bed. The room was real suspect. We asked to see another room. This one was even worse. The microwave was dirty, the counter was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, the sofa had cigarette holes in it, and I wouldn’t let a dog sit on it. I asked for a refund, and was told I could not have one. I lost $317. We left, found another hotel down the street, better, cleaner, and $150. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Any decent establishment would give you a refund if you’re unable to accommodate your guest.

Positive: Nothing if it was refundable I would have canceled. I bought a blow up mattress as the bed was horrible the bathroom disgusting. The best thing this hotel has going is the front desk. I caught an Uber and stayed here to be close the airport because I had issue when I arrived getting my rental. The outside appearance gives false hope, as the inside was daunting.The room assigned was a NON smoking "suite". The elevator, hallway and room reeked of smoke. I'm an extremely fair person with realistic expectations and rarely complain, but THIS.... .

Above all else I am disappointed. This room was booked for me and clearly the person booking failed to read the reviews. Upon check in I requested a new set of sheets based on how the lobby looked. I was not confident in the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering, the room was filthy . Crumbs, dirt, hair, grass on the floor. Hair on the sheets. (Not surprised) I went to the front desk and got a broom rags and “Clorox” spray….was not Clorox spray it was more like soapy water put into the bottle. The front desk person was courteous and offered to change my room which I declined as I would have to clean that one as well. Ended up goin to Walgreens for actual Clorox spray and disinfecting wipes. I finally get the place clean and decide to read the reviews…….the first thing I see is mention of roaches and bedbugs. I immediately packed my things and got the hell out of there. If you are short on funds and don’t mind a dirty place, then definitely book here. However if you can afford better book somewhere else!

I went there with family and the rooms were not like they posted on the web they were not clean there were roaches running all over the room in the drawers and on the counter by the microwave and you could not even use your cell phone plugs in the wall the whole building had a bad smell including the room.. Then the police came there while we were there a man was acting crazy and they shot at him with Rubber Bullets and Tazed him in the Hallway that was the first night we were there …Then the Air Conditioning was dirty and moldy and I caught a bad cold there also the man at the front Desk was very rude if you asked him for towels and tissue he got very rude he was the man who worked in the Morning the man at night was very nice and the only nice thing about the place was some of the Cleaning workers were very nice especially the young man who was cleaning the building and his mom who worked there they were very helpful with soap Towels and tissue but one of the woman who had a uniform on was extremely rude and the two Hispanic ladies were very nice but honestly I would not advise you to stay here if you don’t have too 😡

Positive: The lady at the check in with the locs was super patient and very kind Negative: I didn?t like everything.?the inside of the room was total trash. It?s an insult to have been there. Thr pics online was very much deceiving. The roaches thr bed covering or lack there of the mattress thr bed frame the disgusting shower. Sigh

This place is a joke and looks nothing like the pictures. They should be in trouble for false advertising. The rooms are old dirty and they had roaches and it only got worse, We couldn’t plug any electronics in our room because they keep falling out the sockets called the front desk and was told we would have to pay $75 for a room upgrade smh, also bunch of sketchy people hanging around in front and in the hallways harassing people. Do yourself a favor and find something else. Do not let the pictures fool you is not the same place.

Under ADA, paper work is not required for a service animal. You are only to ask what service the animal provides and what it's duties are. Getting into a heated discussion about laws I am very much aware of with the front desk reception, who automatically assumed I was with a totally different group, needs to better understand these regulations. If an animal is not serviced trained IE- randomly barking, aggressive, etc, doing things a service animal SHOULD NOT be doing, then you have that right to kick them out.
