??? This is a statue of some dog on a 10ft oblong piece of grass before you enter the drop off at the now defunct Woonsockect R/R Station. That being said. I would not pack a picnic basket and load the kids into car and drive here to spend the day.
Cute little photo op, have to park further away and cross busy streets to get to it. No amenities
A very touching movie and story. I had a dog named Andy and brought me to school and he walked back home. He did the same as Hachi. I plan to visit where this was filmed. I love watching and keep watching. Hachi you are a wonderful dog. Love Angela

Beautiful tribute to an incredible dog but sadly the area is overgrown and run down. If I had garden tools I would've cut the overgrowth myself out of respect for Hachiko.
We brought our Akita, Yuki to visit the Hachiko statue last summer and pay our respects to the faithful dog. Very nice experience and worth the trip.

They serve warm and fresh food to all their guests. You see the efforts they put once you taste their menu. Everyday they have something special. Not to miss their Lunch buffet on Friday. I highly recommend it to all Indian cuisine lovers.

It's the perfect small, neighborhood breakfast spot. Parking is limited so you may have to park across the street, but the interior is well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and it had the counter was full of regulars which is a good sign.
