Station on McIntosh has been the best place to live in milledgeville. I’ve lived here the last two years of college and it has been awesome. It’s a very nice, updated apartment, and it’s kept up with really well. I also like that it’s a smaller complex, it allows the staff in the office to really know who you are. I recommend station to anyone who wants a good deal on an apartment because you really get more than you pay for here!
This’s for the new manager who helps me resolve all my issues i still have with this apartment, nice and helpful lady and all of the great people i have met here.
But, THEIR SYSTEM USED TO BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Never answer my question even thou I keep asking them about my problems months before moving out. Lots of cockroaches, some staffs were mean, not enough parking space.
Maintenance is constantly changing so it is hard to get a hold of them. In my lease agreement I was entitled to $240 which I never received. In the early months of my stay I contacted them and asked why I had never received my money that was part of my lease. They responded saying that it was with an outside vendor so I didn’t call again for months. Months later I still have never received the money and my lease will be over this month. I have consistently contacted them for the past 2 and a half months and the only response is that the owner is out of town or that they will get back to me, which they never do. Station is a very nice apartment complex but this whole situation leaves a bad taste. If you sign a lease agreement, where you are promised some kind of concession do not believe it because they will not give it to you.
I haven’t moved into the property yet, but today I signed my lease. The customer service from both Lauryn and Caroline has been better than anything I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond to answer your questions and they genuinely care about your well-being. It feels as if I have made two great friends over the phone! They are both very knowledgeable and professional while also keeping the mood light and fun, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience especially because I have a bit of a special situation and they were super understanding and were able to work with my schedule. This was the first property I contacted and the only one I cared to speak with after our first phone call. You will NOT be disappointed with the how they handle business over there, and I cannot wait to finally meet the team over there. Keep up the good work!
Station on Mcintosh is one of the best complexes hands down! The staff is SO friendly and they’re quick to fix whatever issues you may be having (Abi is probably my favorite employee but rightfully so). It’s also really convenient to live here because it’s walking distance from downtown and both campuses which is a bonus. Not to mention that station has so many events for residents to meet each other and hang out (with masks and social distance of course!). 10/10 recommend it here you won’t regret it.
Station on McIntosh has been a great place to live for my roommates and I! The property is very nice and clean, and their maintenance man Michael has been very helpful and nice, and fixed any of our work orders quicker than any other maintenance man I’ve had. Unfortunately, Audra, the manager, was very impolite to my roommates and I. She rolled her eyes when she had to fix problems we had, and she was really unfriendly and hard to talk to. Other than that, this place has been great to my roommates and I.
Literally LOVE it here. I've been to other major apartments in the area and this is by far the best experience I've had. The office team is so friendly and always willing to help beyond their job description and the maintenance man is great! I'm pretty sure that we have the best culture too. Everyone's friends with everyone here. I didn't know anyone when I first got here, but they have all friended me. The price is great for what you get. I can't imagine being anywhere else for school. It's fantastic.
Station on McIntosh is the #1 place to live! I love having a 24 hour gym close by. The staff puts on different events each month and it’s so fun being able to go to those. The clubhouse has so many things the residents can use. The rooms are great too!

Very nice tour and a great throw back in time of a working farm. Tours ($7) start on the hour are of the house, but be sure to look through the houses/buildings on the property. Interior furnishings are almost all original and leave chills in you wh
