The staff, members, and community genuinely promote a collaborative and supportive environment no matter where you are on your personal journey. The individualized attention from the initial enrollment continues into classes, coaching, and more. It’s not your typical “gym” experience- it’s so much better! All the coaches are beyond supportive. In particular, Coach Shannon is absolutely instrumental in helping you to get started and the force that continues to motivate you to keep going. Highly recommended!

Full body workouts. See differences in muscle tone and weight pretty quickly if you work. Modifications came be made when you need it. The coaches are fun and class members are fun and supportive. Love the atmosphere. ❤️❤️

I love this gym- I joined when they opened in 2018, and I am still obsessed. The coaches are fantastic, very positive they help you achieve your goals, let you modify if needed, and are always helpful. The classes are different every day which I like, and the members are awesome. Super nice , and very supportive to each other. I can highly recommend it.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Station Athletics for Her. I joined a little over two years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. I came from a coed gym where I just felt uncomfortable. Immediately all of these women made me feel at home and confident. The coaching staff is INCREDIBLE and a major reason I keep coming back. They are motivating, kind, impressive, and they have the best energy. I have a lot of medical issues and they always help me find modifications and make me feel part of the class even if I come and cannot do the workout. I don’t wake up early for anything but to make sure I get to the gym! I have made so many amazing friends and truly cherish my experience. If you’re thinking of joining, just do it! You will not regret it! Worth every penny and then some! I will never go anywhere else.
