Great customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly. Sean recommended several ideas/changes to what we wanted that worked better and saved us money. We are pretty computer illiterate, but Sean walked us through everything to get us up and running! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a computer that includes excellent customer service. Also, a bonus, we purchased our last computer from them in 2013 and only paid about 100.00 more for this computer than in 2013 (11 years later).

I had my PC built here at StarWest Computers in Layton. Josh and Sean were a tremendous help in the process of it being built and they were always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Two components of the PC broke (out of their control) during the process of it being built, and they handled the replacements no problem. They made 100% sure that I was getting what I paid for and that I would be happy about my purchase, and I definitely am. Thanks again to Josh and Sean for everything, you guys are awesome!

Took my PC in to get a new graphics card, they were super fast with getting an estimate for insurance, kept me updated with repairs and got my PC fixed in an extremely timely manor. All around super classy, and professional business to work with. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Professional and friendly techs. Fast turnaround time. I had my diagnosis the same day and the fix was finished the next day. The price was way better than that other computer repair place (sorry guys, "We DON'T love you," or you laptops.") and I didn't feel condescended to for bringing in my computer and asking questions.

Luckily, I don’t have to do repairs being made on my computer like I’d have to do with my car or even visiting a doctor, however my experience here was beyond what I had expected. Josh and the rest of the crew were able to do a diagnosis of my laptop after it stopped powering on. maybe since my situation wasn’t bad he merely notified me what the problem was, and was giving me the chance to decide if I want to get it fixed to which I did and they were able to fix it earlier than what I had expected. These guys got the job done to the T and my laptop is running just as better or better than it was originally. if you’re in, need it of repairs on your laptop or computer, look no further.
