I dropped my PC off on a Tuesday with monitor issues (wasn't turning on) so before I replaced anything, I wanted a second opinion.
Very friendly and polite. Greeted with smiles.
Turned out it wasn't what I thought it was. So he was able to figure out the issues and fix them all up. I was able to get it back on a Saturday. He gave me the details on everything he did as well as showed me part of the issue. Replaced the CPU that I did not place in correctly roughly three years ago. The fan wasn't always kicking on so he figured that out. Tightened up everything for me that was barely hanging on.
I also asked about an adapter for a third monitor hook up and he had exactly that for an adapter for it. Very reasonable prices. He would tell me today or tomorrow and I wouldn't hear nothing.
When I did make a call, he apologized and told me he was still trying to figure out the issues and told me what he had found so far. I'm a gamer so I was a bit anxious about getting my PC back. Overall, would most definitely take my PC or any other electronics there!
My computer died on Monday; Andy saved the data and installed a new hard drive and upgraded RAM. It's Wednesday afternoon, and I'm using my (once dead) computer to write this review. Many others would have given up. Andy likes a challenge. I am grateful. He is a real computer expert.

Great work from a great guy! Andy was friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I had a pre-built PC that was having cooling issues and wasn't comfortable replacing the CPU cooler. I brought in a new one I bought online, and Andy replaced it no problem. Temps went from averaging a little over 70*(while gaming) to around 45-50*! So glad I chose StarTek!
Andy is great! My laptop hardrive was out of date which was causing so many issues but he got it figured out and even let me know how he could help in the future! Great service and reasonable pricing!
