This place is amazing! I noticed there does not seem to be recent reviews since the new owners have taken over. They are so welcoming and so accommodating! I have my own camping rig but they beautiful vintage campers and motorhomes that you can rent. There are also nice little cabins that can be rented. They’ve thought of everything! There are cool bikes strewn around the campground so can take a spin. Volleyball, nets, cornhole and a beautiful sitting area There are coolers and lawn chairs and everything you need. All you need to do is just drive up and check in. Fun by the campfire later in the evening! They’re putting the finishing touches on the shower and bathrooms. In the meantime, they did have the shower and bathroom that we were able to use. Working on a pool right now, which should be lots of fun.|We will definitely be going back!
Was an unexpected stay but we enjoyed every minute of it!! The kids loved the pool and volleyball. The campers were amazing and very welcoming. The owner was very inviting and helped us out a lot!! Thanks again Dirk!

We stayed a night here as part of a visit to the Royal gorge. The RV’s are so adorable and the whole place is just so fun. I wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy it fully. The kids are already asking to come back and I know we will!
Beautiful park, location, and setting. The park is so unique and deliberate all while being incredibly comfortable and well appointed. Very impressed with the new owners and their vision to bring this to life. This should be a great asset to this community for a very long time. Highly recommend getting a stay on your calendar!
Beautifully located looking over the Royal Gorge! Amazing hospitality, comfortable beautiful cabins and rvs! Kids had a blast playing vollyball,swimming, corn hole! Would absolutely recommend and were definitely going back!

Had a wonderful trip during their soft opening on Memorial Day weekend. They are still working out some kinks, but the new owners are passionate and unbelievably friendly.

Great 1.5 mile hike on the Royal Gorge Overlook Loop with just as good of views of the Royal Gorge as the park without the cost. The most scenic hike I've been on.
