This is my second time coming here with my boyfriend the first time was in June and long story short one of the male employees came unlocking our door while I was naked. My boyfriend ran in his boxers to close the door a crack when the employee asked how did we get in the room. Clearly we paid for it. The employee felt embarrassed and immediately apologized and walked off. Not gonna lie it upset me for a little bit but I got over it knowing people make mistakes and the computer could have messed up. Basic human error. Today I come in I pay $100 plus $20 deposit and already there was barely any toilet paper so a few hours into our stay my boyfriend goes downstairs to request for our room to get toilet paper and then I’m sitting at the chair by the window in room #135 when I see a guy passing and knock on my door and I get up pretty quick and before I could walk the five steps to the door I hear my door unlock and opened by the guy trying to give me toilet paper I told him to not open my door. The dude didn’t even wait 10 seconds he just knocked and let himself in. At this point this has became a pattern in my head I go down stairs to complain and I was pretty calm because I know it’s not her fault but she gave me attitude and all I said was please tell your staff they can’t be doing this I don’t pay $100+ to not have privacy I wanna be able to feel comfortable in my room. When I came back up to the room with my boyfriend the guy I had a problem with was standing near my door to speak with me and tried to argue with me when all I said there is no excuse and you have no reason to be defensive. All I need to hear is either an apology and your word this isn’t gonna happen again this guy kept cutting me off when I was speaking and kept arguing trying to justify himself looking real dumb. Then when he finally apologized he tried to follow the apology with being defensive again I shut him down and said don’t even saying anything just end this at the apology. I could have made it a way bigger deal but there is no point. If the manager looks at the reviews please train your staff to not continue to do this, this may not be a regular thing they do but I wouldn’t know that because the both times I have been here it’s happened I would love to continue to give this place business if the customer service and privacy can be way better. Thank you.
Bought $30 of Carl's Jr ,to eat in the room, but the bag had 4 roaches in it .The room was infested with cockroaches .Yuck!!!
Very nice, quiet clean and the owners/ operators are very nice and respectful people. I would recommend this establishment to anyone that needs a place to rest or if visiting from out of town or just to bring sancho or sanchita. There is also so much room for parking
Worst motel ever. Sheets had pee stains on it .trash on the floor under the couch. Old food in the cabinet.. Shower curtain dirty had big brown stain on it . If the hotel was clean swept moped everything wiped down with clean sheets it would of been a nice motel...the staff is very nice...but that was my only issue...
This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Not only was the manager/night operator creepy, he yelled at me and my family. Rude service. Creepy manager. Not clean dwelling. There was no service and bed bugs on the beds; mold in the shower and fridge. It was also a horrible location... not at all what you would think for a three star motel. This is a NEVER STAY!!!! Worst motel experience of my life.... so sad to have had my child with me on this trip.
One of the best motels in the area. I love this place. The rooms are spacious and clean. The price is affordable and the motel is conveniently located near many stores, shops and eateries. The service is great and the staff is courteous. If you are planning to stay in the area I highly recommend the Starlite Motel.
Normally, I stay at 4 star hotels when I travel due to work. I booked this room as a last minute getaway. I must say, I was impressed. The room was spacious and clean. My stay was stress free and enjoyable!!!
