Starlight inn - Lodging in Memphis - 2996 S 3rd St, USA

Please beware! These rooms a rundown and has mold in them. The tall older man with limp is very rude and tried get loud with me. They set their prices based on who comes in. I would stay away. I wouldn't even go for an hourly room.

Put out of the room and paid for extra night no refund

Stopped but kept going after getting a room. Only stayed 30 minutes because the sheets were filthy. The water was brown. The room smelled of smoke.

Power outage 2 hours after paying $99 plus $5. Management was very rude and hardly could understand anything I was saying. I have children and unfortunately our heat went out so we came here. However, I was told it's city wide and no refund. That is not how a business owner responds. I'm certain most big companies have generators so I'm confused to why this hotel is without power. I told him my kids are cold and he didn't seem to care. Now that's another $99 to go to elsewhere. Which is ridiculous and uncalled for. Not to mention the rooms are not worth anything near $99. The towels were dirty

Actually had the nerve to charge $100 per night, which would have been fine considering it's July 4th weekend, BUT roaches raided my room (208) once we came in with food!!!!! Seriously, I then noticed the filth around the room! Zip your belongings up, DARE NOT walk barefoot, TOWELS ABSOLUTELY A NO-NO in this case guys....HELL to da NAW #itsaNOGO
