Stardust Motel - Motel in Wildwood - 3900 Ocean Ave, USA

The hotel location was awesome. It was my first time to Wildwood and I could not have asked for a better location. They have a cash discount. Why not pay cash instead of swiping your card? Check in and out was easy. There is a $20 key deposit and wouldn't you know they have old style keys! The staff was great. The room was outdated but mostly clean and in good condition. One complaint is the noise of the room above. Sounded like they were rearranging the furniture constantly. While the hard floors are great for cleanliness, I would recommend carpet to help with the sound from the floor above. I did not use the pool but looked like there was sand in it. The parking spaces were super tight if you have anything other than a economy car. I would defiantly go back here again.

It was great the room was clean they brought clean towels every day. There is not a lot of noise. 1/2 block away from the boardwalk, everyone was very nice. We really enjoyed being there.

When I checked in the owner was very nice and friendly and he even called and left a voicemail to make sure we were coming on time. The rooms were cheap surprisingly where the motel is located right by the beach, boardwalk, and water parks. We were pretty much close to everything and it was convenient. To my surprise we came back to the room each day with the beds made and new sheets, blankets, wash clothes, and towels which was awesome. It was very quiet and family oriented. I would definitely stay there again. No bugs. Owners and workers very nice people.

This motel is a hidden gem! To our surprise it was extremely close to the boardwalk and beach. Any other needs like Walmart or ShopRite were about 10 minutes away, so very convenient. If you love Starbucks then there’s one about 3 minutes away from the hotel or about 1 mile to walk. I do have to say that the parking sucked because of how small some of the spots were but management told us that we can park either at Stardust or Rivera which is their sister motel. We were also told that we could use either Stardust or Riveras pool during our stay. Management is pretty nice but a few things to note is that they hold a $180 deposit but that was released to us after we checked in and a $20 key deposit is also needed upon arrival but that was also given back after checkout. Another thing to note is that it is a little outdated but we were able to look past that due to the price, customer service and cleanliness. Santiago and Johanna who are the cleaning people were absolutely amazing! Johanna was very nice and always made sure our room was spotless when we came back from the beach and that our beds were made. Santiago always went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay whether it was giving us new towels or just saying a kind good morning. The night before our last day we left our towels out to dry but unfortunately there was a huge thunderstorm that soaked everything but Santiago was super kind to not only wash but dry them before we left. It is very safe to say that we will 100% be returning to this motel and it was an absolute pleasure staying here.

There were BUGS in the room. They were in the BED and near the window. I noticed a gap near the bottom of the door. The door was not properly insulated. I advised the office and they offered another room. The otter room had similar issues. NO REFUND. ||Also, the Stardust has you pay at the sister motel.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but dated. They have a pool that is also relatively clean. Some light sand at the bottom, but to be expected when they exist so close to the beach. They respond to any issues quickly.

This motel is located very close to the boardwalk. It’s easy to access the boardwalk and beach from here, as they are a short walk from the motel. The room was clean. Staff came by daily to ask if we needed towels, toilet paper, etc. The room had both a microwave and fridge so we could bring back leftovers from dinner.

Positive: The room was large. The beds were fine. Negative: A new open air bar with live bands opened down the street.Very loud music till 1-2 am.
