Starcycle has completely changed my life. It's the best gift I've ever given myself. I was so intimidated at first but the staff and instructors are so kind and welcoming; that friendliness and warmth gave me the courage to keep showing up.
And the other riders are so inspiring! It's an incredibly positive environment with people of all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, etc. I've really fallen in love with this place and I'm so grateful to everyone who makes it possible.
The instructors are absolutely amazing.
They will push and motivate you with the most sincere and kind encouragement you'll ever find. I admire all of them so much! The sheer stamina it takes to lead the classes while motivating us is unreal.
This place was exactly what I needed to change my life after a difficult experience through the pandemic and becoming a new parent. I feel like I'm becoming the best version of myself and I owe so much of that to this wonderful place.
Take a chance and book a class - keep pushing yourself and change is possible! It's the best thing you can give yourself and you'll find it here if you have the courage to take the first step.
StarCycle Vancouver has been not only one the the greatest assets to my athletic fitness journey but an outlet from the outside craziness in the world. I’m so blessed to have built friendships and bonds with so many people I would have never met and created a family like community that supports, loves and builds each other up. The owners Erica and Eryn are two of the most genuine and hardworking businesses owners I’ve known and their passion and heart shows not only through the way they teach but also the way they build up there instructors and us as clients. We are so lucky to have this amazing studio in our community and if you haven’t tried it, DO; you won’t regret it! ☺️
Amazing indoor cycling studio. Everyone is very welcoming, has a daycare that my daughter loves going to - she always has so much fun. Instructors are great and definitely make classes challenging (which I love) but also very fun! Would definitely recommend this studio!
I love StarCycle if I could give it 10 out of 10 I would but they only let you do 5 stars. I love being able to clip in and check out for 45 minutes. The instructors are amazing and I love that they have childcare so I can bring my kids with me and they love going just as much I do. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone I can. If you have ever thought about trying I highly recommend doing it!
Star Cycle is one of my favorite workout studios. All the instructors are so welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Did I mention you sweat a ton?!! I strongly recommend you book a class and try it out asap!
A true happy place that I miss so much! The studio is kept in excellent condition, the classes are challenging but insanely fun. Even as a beginner, there was never that feeling of "I don't belong here." Everyone is so kind and helpful, and Eryn and Erica are incredibly passionate and kind owners. Oh man I'm kicking myself, I need to get back on that saddle!
Starcycle is a great way to get in your cardio, boost your mood, and make new friends! If you're nervous about group workouts it's a unique experience because you get to be in a room with an amazing community of supportive people but when the lights go off and the music turns up you can focus on you and your bike. Every instructor is great at motivating you to push yourself and you never feel called-out or judged. They even have childcare so your kids can hang out while you get some me time! Personally, I have enjoyed losing weight, toning my arms and legs, and creating some lasting friendships. Come chase that endorphin high and join an incredible community!
Starcycle Vancouver is everything! The classes are super convenient - 45 minute workout sessions offered on various days and times. But what makes it even more worth it is spinning with the StarFam community - one that is kind, encouraging and fun! That doesn’t happen by chance - the owners Erica and Eryn have made it such a special place to be and all the instructors are awesome too!
