Starbucks - Coffee shop in Hattiesburg - 3708 Hardy St, USA

So I went to this Starbucks every morning while I was in town and they were always busy. There were times where I had to wait 30 mins because they were 30 mins behind…. However….. the reason I still give them 5 stars is because they are always always kind. They are trying their very best to keep up with a high demand. The only other Starbucks in town was in a target and didn’t open until later. Hattiesburg absolutely needs another Starbucks. Even though they were swamped and had so many people waiting, they remained calm and just did what they could.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this location: long waits, rude service, wrong orders, etc. Today, I went through the drive-thru and told them the name for my order. I didn’t expect correct spelling, but I also didn’t expect this stereotypical joke. My name is LaQueesha, but it was somehow heard as BONQuisha because of a faulty speaker? If you know, then you know that this was intentional.

Super slow even when there's not that many people. They made my drink wrong after I waited 25 minutes for it, they forgot the cold foam. I went back and they just handed me a cup of cold foam, didn't even remake my drink?

Absolutely the worst Starbucks location I have visited in the country and considering how much I travel with being a previous customer at dozens upon dozens of locations it's saying allot! Very rude, in mature, employees who made the worst Starbucks coffee drink I've ever tasted. I'm definitely contacting corporate because if being rude to customers and making horrible coffee isn't bad enough, the restrooms were very dirty as well. My Husband and I actually poured our cappuccinos out after one sip. Please get an adult employee with experience so you can properly train these employees in customer service, how to make the drinks, and definitely how to clean for the safety of the patrons. Shame on Starbucks for allowing this location to even be open! I've literally never felt I've had to write a negative review for Starbucks before.

I went to the drive- thru.(sat directly in front of the speaker) I waited and waited after no response since pulling up to the speaker I said “hello” twice. Still nothing. I drove around to the window and the girl that was there blamed me for her not taking my order by saying I wasn’t in front of the speaker. Ummm yes I was. She then tells me she can’t take my order at the window to pull around to the end of the line. That’s a huge NO for me. This location needs new drive thru workers so they don’t keep losing business.

I absolutely love Starbucks and most of the time the workers are very kind. I think the chai tea is so good with some added peppermint occasionally. There is honestly nothing negative I can say about the service and the only issue I have ever ran into is how packed they stay . The wait may be a little longer than anticipated but that’s normal for somewhere that everyone loves !

Iced coffee always come with a lot of ice and water, no quality coffee at all even when you ask them to make it right. Lines in drive thru always 20+. Huge difference between this store and the one inside Target. Worst Starbucks store by far. Good location, big staff but really poor service.

The only time that I visit Starbucks is in the fall when the pumpkin spice latte is out. Other than that, not really crazy about their drinks or their food. I really do enjoy the mobile ordering feature on the app so I can order it from my house and just walk in and grab it off the counter. I think that the staff needs a little help in the customer service department as I have never been greeted when I have walked in the door.
