A solid review for this Starbucks has been long overdue. I thoroughly enjoy studying here and consistently getting good drinks. The staff here are very friendly and personable making this a great atmosphere to hang out in. They handle any issues and rushes well. This really feels like my third place between home and work. Overall and exceptional Starbucks to get a good drink consistently. Thank you to Katie, Kendall, Haley, Lucy, Casey, August, Angel, Poet, Aubrey, Abby, Kimbo, Peighton, Taylor, and everyone else here for making this a great place to study and relax. I do notice :)
Excellent customer service!! I had trouble getting my debit card unlocked in a crazy packed Starbucks and the gentleman at the register was amazing and kind! I will definitely come back and make sure I look out for him to thank him!
Not to mention, the Frapuccino‘s are always amazing. The only thing I ever regret is not getting more.😬
This is my nearest and most favorite Starbucks location! The baristas are so friendly and they always get me right with my extra caramel drizzle! Pictured is an Iced White Chocolate Mocha with Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam & obviously extra caramel drizzle…. so delicious! I also recommend their cheese danishes, sooo good!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rude customer service wouldn't give me my stars, after not scanning my app. Instead gave me a phone number to their customer service who spoken broken English and gave me bogus information. Maybe if you want decent customer service go to dunkin or another coffee house. I certainly will be
Love this location! We come to this area almost once a month and always enjoy our beverages here. Service is great. They don't act bothered when you come in like a lot of other bucks locations. A+ location
Kaylee and the other two workers, one with a ponytail and freckles, and the other with blue hair were working so hard, even so close to closing. Treated me and my girlfriend with such kindness! Made amazing drinks too.
You’d think with being so close to closing that you’d want to just be over with work, but they were putting their full 100% like any other day!
The cashier was very nice and helpful when my friend had no clue what she wanted to drink. I was a little nervous when waiting for our drinks someone asked "what are you waiting for?" and we had to repeat our order. The drinks came out right though! So, no harm, no foul!

I was happy with the food n service but not so much on the atmosphere inside... The tables were dirty. Trash all over the floor. Food n Frap were great. But they need to do a better job on cleanliness. I felt like I didn't even want to touch the table because it was dirty.
In fact the 2 tables around me were dirty as well as the floor n counter top where you get straws n napkins. Trash everywhere.
We came here right when sheâs about to close. Iâm glad she let us in. While we are waiting for our order, Chloe the Ownerâs daughter keep us entertained. We had all kinds of smoothies. All of it is soo good and so natural. It is so refreshing!
