Don't ask me how I ended up at our local Starbucks after work. Lol I was actually hungry pulled over and ended up with a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and they made it delicious. Perfect amount of caramel drizzle with the crunch madness going on in my mouth hit the spot perfectly.. Make a random stop like me and grab a Frapp.
Who don't like starbucks really good people to talk to and they are super nice and help you with anything, the only reason I put a 4 star is when I pick my drinks up one with no ice wasn't filled to the top it had a big gap where they could fill it all they way up.
I just went through the drive-thru but the people were very happy and pleasant and my dogs had a great time
Did a mobile order for me and my husband they didn't add his Carmel or sugar that was paid extra for and mine is missing the Carmel as well definitely not going back he was a regular at this location not anymore
You can never go wrong with the drinks from Starbucks. There are good days and bad days like workers do not fill my drinks to the top, depending on the workers. Overall, I have more good days than badly with Starbucks.
This is my go-to Starbucks during the workweek, always friendly and fast service! Pro-tip: park in the back of the lot as traffic gets jammed due to customers coming out of drive-thru
Awful experience with the app. Placed an order, waited 10 mins and saw people getting their new orders before mine. Asked about my order and apparently they didn't even get it (I was In right place too) so they read my custom options, made my drink, and STILL messed up. All I wanted was iced coffee with espresso. How is it so hard to make. I lost half my lunch break. I'm done with people
Notice the difference in times of the time I ordered my drink, compared to the time that has passed trying to connect to wifi…. I’ve been trying to connect to their Wi-Fi for an over and hour. When I asked the barista if they have had problems, the agreed and said yes. One of them went to ask their manager for me if they wouldn’t mind restarting the router. I don’t have any WiFi at home and I can’t use several apps on my phone till I update the iOS software…. The barista told me her manager doesn’t allow that….Whoever the manager is working right now, at 9pm on 10/1/21, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If something is effecting multiple people….. you should probably make better managerial decisions. I won’t be coming here and I’ll be contacting Starbucks HR…..k thanks store #11103, your manager sucks!
