What's with the service here? Baristas acting like they know everything yet couldn't even heat a breakfast burrito fully. Actually disgusting having to bite into a cold burrito. Trash parking lot, expect to get stuck in Missouri Blvd like a clown while they take their time and still mess up the order
1 star 6 months ago and another 1 star today. Editing last review. The 2 ladies taking orders this morning need to come to work with better attitudes. I shouldn't have ordered after I saw how they were treating others, because when I then questioned my tall black coffee being $4.37 instead of its usual $2.59, being told "that's just how it is" isn't customer service. Continues to be the worst location. Will return to Hyvee. Thanks, no thanks
Honestly the best Starbucks in town!!! They make the drinks Correctly!!! Friendly staff. Fast service, Delicious off menu options from baristas, Allergy friendly. Always has a line but the girls and guys who work there are always moving fast. Great Place!!!
Asked for a stopper two visits in a row. No stoppers. Coffee all over console. Flimsy cup disentagrated in my office. All over papers, computer and clothes.
I ordered 2 Venti caramel macchiatos, and a hot chocolate spent $20. My 7 year didn't like the hot chocolate and my husband didn't like his caramel macchiato. I got worried amd when I tasted mine it had the flavor of old pots or stale something just an odd and I tasted the hot chocolate I bought for my son and it was terrible it just I don't even know it didn't taste like hot chocolate and the water just tasted nasty
Have not been back since I saw the manager Yell at staff in front of everybody. Frankly, I'm scared to even go near there now. Its better to go to a real Starbucks anyhow versus the store locations.
The ladies working Sunday October 30th at 5 pm.. were extremely rude when we informed them that our order was incorrect.. making passive aggressive comments behind the counter. I only did two stars cause they remade them…usually like this Starbucks but their customer service was terrible.
