Starbucks - Coffee shop in Fresno - 790 W Palmdon Dr, USA

Ordering online is fast and easy at this location. Pickup was quick and felt safe with masks required for employees and customers. My Irish Cream Cold Brew was smooth and refreshing. It was the quality we all come to expect from Starbucks.

Unpleasantly loud. A cafe isn't a library, but nor should it be so loud that you can't hear the person that you're hanging out with. Between the *really* loud music, baristas calling out loudly to each other so they can be heard over the espresso machines and the music, one barista who felt the need to thump anything and everything (CO2 recharge units for whipped cream, metal cannisters, tea pitchers, spoons, etc.), and other customers trying to be heard over the noise, it felt like this Starbucks actively wanted customers to order and leave rather than being a place where friends can meet and talk over coffee. Unfortunately, it was raining, so moving our conversation to the outdoor seating wasn't really an option.

How are you out of the holiday drink so early this morning when you advertise it? Someone needs to do better on their inventory. On the plus side the barista had good customer service and was nice about it. .

Seriously the best people working there. I go out of my way to go there because of the service and my drink is ALWAYS perfect!!

Maybe a retraining is in order for this staff at this location or some specific measurements should be added to the application when ordering. That my friends is a clumpy of cinnamon at the bottom of my cup after I had finished my 16 oz coffee. I started to feel light headed shortly after consuming my coffee. The amount of cinnamon added to my cup looked excessive after I had finished it and made me curious. A quick google search regarding cinnamon daily intake showed it is not safe to consume more than 6 grams (1 1/2 teaspoons) of cinnamon per day for the reason it may be toxic exceeding this amount. Kinda scary since I was feeling lightheaded. Needless to say I will be adding my own cinnamon from now on. I wouldn’t avoid this location and would just like to bring awareness to this incident.

Asked for a white chocolate maca. Cold brew, not in season, but on board. So gave me white chocolate. Paid extra for foam, no foam, bad taste and she rushed me thru. Didn't know you pay more for one you ask for that is not on the board.

I just went it to get my matcha latte because I ordered it through the app. I asked the girl for a straw and she just gave me a hard time and told me to wait even though they were next to her. This is the second time she gives me a difficult time when I ask for a straw 🤦‍♀️. She told me to move over so she could give the drink to a homeless man knowing if she would of just gave me my straw without being rude I wouldn’t have been waiting for her. She needs to learn to be patient at her job because she always has an attitude.

I just ordered a surprise me drink at the drive thru, with the asking for a coffee anything strong iced and sweet. She gave me a delicious drink that I loved . Thanks again. 😊
