The customer service I just got here was outstanding! I don’t remember her name but she helped me find a new drink (I’m new to the Starbucks life) and I just want her to know I really appreciate it and I’ll definitely be back!!!
I don’t remember her name but the woman who took my order was so amazingly sweet and she took the time to interact with me during the order process at the drive thru. She talked to me about my babies and asked me how my Christmas shopping was going, she was calling me “momma” during my order which I found so endearing and I was already having a rough day and hearing that made it so much better. After she handed my my drink she said that she hopes me and my babies have a Merry Christmas. When I got home I saw she put “momma” as the name on my cup and I started tearing up because it was just so sweet. I hope that woman has an amazing day. She was an angel in disguise for me🥰🥰🥰
It’s normally wonderful but ever since the red headed lady been at this location not once have my drinks been made correctly! NOT Once! And I go every day! We actually got sick from last nights drinks, never again

They have two uni sex washrooms both accessible. Accessible parking spaces and entrances. Lounge like seats and tables for laptop users. It's a good place to finish up some quick work but too noisy if you need a quiet place for studying. They have a drive thru and the food didn't look very fresh. Hope you find my review helpful.
Nestali was the best ! He gave amazing service from the start. We do always get great service at this location but he was especially wonderful! It's my niece's birthday & he made her day with the attention he showed her & even gave her a balloon! LOVE him! Love this location ❤
This location is very convenient being that it’s right off of W Loop 281. The dining area is roomy, clean and well-organized. The first thing I noticed the moment I stepped inside is a designated lane for ordering, one which doesn’t get in the way of seated customers no matter how long the line gets - smart layout! There’s ample seating provided with six dining tables, four single couches, and one long counter by the window that can sit nine (this table has electric outlets along the length of it for your devices). There’s also outside seating. The WiFi speed though is so-so. They have a drive-thru and the workers are fast & friendly.
Never open on time, front door locked and told to go thru drive thru after sitting in drive thru for ten min already with now help. Employees are to lazy to show up on time, and no customer service
This Starbucks was so lovely. I went during lunch time so of course the line was wrapped around the building. The line surprisingly went really quick so that means the team members in their we're handling business ... as they should. You could tell that customer service what's something that they truly took pride in. When I got to the speaker, the girl that took my order was so nice and bubbly. When I got to the window, that same attitude was consistent. They helped me reload my app with ease. They seem like they truly enjoy what they do. I try my best to pay for the vehicle behind me every time I go to a Starbucks, and I did. This is the first time that the team members have ever thanked me for doing that and made a big deal out of it. Doing random acts of kindness is something that puts a smile on my face and makes my day better but that coupled with the team here made my day that much better.
The atmosphere is really unlike any other location around town. Love scheduling meetings here and grabbing a bite to eat or my favorite latte from here! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a a space to study or work or even hang out with
This is my favorite Starbucks in Longview. Friendly staff, get you through quick. And nobody makes the refresher like they do! Not my photo, but you get the point.
Food and coffee here tastes great. Service is fantastic. Parking can be a hit or miss, especially if you go when theyâre really busy. Youâre probably better off going through drive through.
We had both our boys birthday party here February 4, 2023! We decided on the nerf war party ultimate! Definitely upgrade to that. It was the best!! My boys doesnât want any other party than like the one they had tonight. As party gift favors I did

5/25/23 update: Don't come on this side of town early enough to catch them open. Glad I did today! Food was fantastic and the snowcones. Really nice and soft. I love that! The owner is the sweetes
Wonderful locally owned couple cooking up amazing Thai food for our East Texas area! They aren't open everyday but makes it so much more special when they are. A great lunch if you find yourself downtown.
Great place to have a basketball party ð¥³! Thank you, Aaron, for allowing us to host our son 10 birthday party at Stafford Wellness Center. Full court gym and half gym room off to the side.
Sort of a hidden gem but well worth the visit! There's a lot on the menu that I still want to try, but everything I've had thus far has been really good. The place is clean and pleasant for dining and staff friendly. Really reasonable prices. Definit
