Starbucks - Coffee shop in West Hartford - 21 LaSalle Rd, USA

I have ordered the "Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso" 3 times in this location, all 3 times it tasted completely different than in other stores. As you can tell from the negative review, the taste of the drinks were subpar. On top of that, they add too much ice to the drinks. After scrolling through the reviews, this is not a first from this location. Moderate the level of ice in the drinks, please. After 3 sips, I'm already done with my drink.

Drink was severely under blended. I was chewing the drink more than I was actually drinking it. This is what my drink looked like compared to what it's supposed to look like.

The service was awful. Asked for a tall beverage and received a grande and got charged for a grande. Server was so rude, grabbed it from me, threw it away- what a waste and then gave me a tall which was made incorrectly. Had another server help and they were also rude. No politeness and kindness here. All they had to do is not waste a beverage and refund for error. Worst customer service. I am very disappointed and shocked at the same time. The amount of noney these drinks cost, customer service should always be amazing.

Good Quality SB Coffee. The store is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Scored a 10 cent discount using my reusable cup. Parking is tight and pricey. Bring quarters since the meters are card challenged.

Barista taking orders was very sweet, but older lady behind the bar was not nice. Tables and floors were very dirty and boxes were all over the floor at 2pm. edit: ordered a honey citrus mint tea and it was not made right, i think they put milk in it. it was remade in another starbucks and clearly they did not make it right here (remake on left)

Sheesh — good drink,but glad they I didn’t order ‘regular ice’ — it would have been overflowing with ice.

Went for coffee and to give a gift one for a boy and one for a girl helped putting strings on balloon's and enjoyed the concert fire on ice with all the Jewish Jesus people and loved every minute of it. Standard Starbucks fare - staff was good though. Took the time to make sure my iced coffee was not too sweet. Always appreciate that. Only negative: it was FREEZING in there. Probably would feel good if you were stopping in for an on the go drink during a heatwave, but sitting for more then 5 minutes left me shivering and unable to concentrate. I feel bad for the poor air conditioning system, it must have been seriously red lining it.
