best starbucks i have ever been to and i get it every single day! staff is always friendly and socializing with customers, remembering them by name most of the time. usually quick and when super busy they always apologize and assure drinks are on the way. one time i went i ordered something new and didn’t know if i would like it, and the barista assured me she could make me something else for free if i didn’t enjoy it. store is super clean and has a nice atmosphere.
Everyone who works there are very friendly and I enjoy coming there best because of that atmosphere. Other Starbucks I go to are nice, as well, but this one is my favorite at Mount Mourn.
I placed an order for an oat milk shaken espresso on 11-2-2023 and it was awful. Extremely bitter. But I had left so it was too late. I came back on 11-3-2023 for another mobile order and again, the drink was not made well. I asked for them to remake it and paid for a second drink. The second drink is just as bad. I feel like if the venue makes the mistake the customer shouldn’t have to pay twice. Not that it makes a difference but I’ll never come back to this establishment.
After multiple visits, I can say that the staff friendliness and professionalism makes this my favorite Starbucks in the area and a really good location all around.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Takes 10 minutes just to be waited on and where is the cream and sugar? I have to ask for it? So I can be rationed? For the most expensive coffee in the free world, I expect cream and sugar to be an option. I'll go right to Dunkin from now on.
I visit this Starbucks a ton! The great service and Venti Mocha with oat milk is on point - every time! Always greeted with a smile from the team and a wish for a great day! Love that I can order ahead and pop in to pick up. It’s also a great place for a business one-on-one meeting or to get some work done solo!
A great cup of coffee if you like Starbucks, but what's really great is the service here. The employees are ALWAYS spot on with a smile and friendly service. Frankly, it's not hard to find a decent coffee anywhere but I pass up 3 - 4 other coffee shops to go here.
Atmosphere only received 3 stars because the parking sucks, no drive thru and they could improve on the seating arrangements. I believe this store is set for an Interior design rehaul and I'm looking forward to seeing what they do.
Can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks! Really good drinks and friendly staff! Try a dirty spice iced chi latte! You won’t be disappointed!
