The people who work are very nice— but it’s unfortunate that every time I am craving a refresher & take the kids through the drive through — they get the drinks wrong and on top of that when I ask for light ice on all the drinks they are 3/4 filled up with ice.
their customer service is soo good:) i remember my first 3 days going their and after 3 days they remembered my name til this day i still go their and their drinks are so amazing. i highly recommend! especially the morning workers! my favorite people in the world!❤️❤️
By far THE WORST Starbucks in town, I avoid it at all costs even though is the closest to my house because I literally waste money every time I continue to give them a chance hoping that the managers and employees have been changed, other than that I think this location will continue to be a waste of money and possibly a bad case of food poisoning. I'm literally afraid to eat their breakfast sandwich because the bacon looks raw and soggy and somehow the bread tastes stale and old. Disgusting. Also can we talk about how this is the only starbucks that can't get their drinks right? Even if they're not customized which is crazy to me, and apparently other customers have the same experience too. Good luck getting through the drive thru without waiting at least 30 minutes for some stale food and mediocre coffee.
Last oct when I was homeless it was a wonderful early morning oasis. I stood at the counter waiting for four people to fill drive through orders first. Crumbs on big table no chairs brought outside yet. But today downtown Starbucks very nice staff. Just right with my dripped coffee and refill. Mary's vineyard poured so much milk and then cream in I wondered if she'd ever drank a simple hot drip coffee.
This Starbucks sux always have bad customer service and they never check their expiration date on milks they have given bad milk twice and never stock up was out of almond milk for the people who can’t have whole milk absolutely suck here would recommend a different Starbucks!!! They suck
Nice little spot. Service is good. Seems as if the menu needs more options. I remember seeing other Starbucks with more items available to order. Maybe it's just this store. Still worth going.
