Starbucks - Coffee shop in Auburn - 1121 S College St, USA

Ordered two blonde roast pour overs inside on January 29th around 1:53 PM. I was told they would take 5 minutes. No problem. 12 minutes go by without any word. I go up to an employee with pale skin and shaggy, curly, hair covering their eyes. The employee immediately asked if I was waiting on the pour overs. I said yes, and they responded with "they take awhile, we're working on them" with an attitude and a tone that made it seem like I'm being an impatient customer even though I hadn't said a word other than "yes". Not a friendly tone that would assure a customer that they are coming, no apology for it taking longer than I was initially told. The two drinks took 19 minutes, and they tasted horrible. Incredibly bitter. Also, there was a thick layer of coffee grounds at the bottom, of which I got a mouthful. Clearly they don't train their employees at this location in anything other than pressing buttons and pumping syrup.

I go here regularly to catch up with some friends. Always a great experience. Order fulfillment is quick. Lots of people place it to go and run in/out in no time.

It just keep on calling meeeee lol 10/10 Starbucks will definitely be your Togo place.

I think this is the prettiest Starbucks i’ve been to so far. I loved the different goodies they have on stock, the art on the walls and how quick but kind the staff was. I tried my best to capture how pretty this place is but I kinda was in a rush plus the store was crowded at the time, which was lunch time. I also want to add this is the first Starbucks where my family and I will place a big order of 8 different coffees and not have a single mistake in any of them. Thank you so much!

I've have given this place a try 1 too many times. They are literally horrible at their job. The coffee is always horrible thats the only thing you can count on. I went here for my birthday beverage and got my sister a VERY simple cappuccino to go with and they did everything they could to completely ruin my experience and birthday. My drink was missing over half of what I ordered and the "dry" cappuccino (one of the literal easiest drinks to make) was absolutely trash. Starbucks, I pay freaking 20 dollars for two drinks of trash. Very disappointing, I've worked at 10 service jobs growing up and moving around and no matter if I was in college or grown I took pride in my work. Just because this is ran by college students doesn't mean they get to do a horrible disrespectful job. Don't waste your time or hard earned money at this trash establishment. Very disappointing. I want my money back and I want my birthday drink back.

I hope you guys see this!!!! I went to the drive through this morning on 5/26/23 and the lady in the drive through at the window around 7 was very kind and I forgot my wallet at home and I had just had a long night. I did not catch your name but thank you so much you made my morning.!!!!

I meant to catch her name, but the blonde girl at the window (August 30th 8:40 pm) was the SWEETEST! She put a very much needed smile on my face and I’m very grateful! Queen needs to be promoted👏 👑 Not to mention the PSL was fantastic as always. Thanks for the support!❤️

Ok shows offs Yall did superb no need to show off and get a big head. Ok ok I get it the coffee was perfect. Shesh brag much. Yes this location wa very clean and the staff was much nicer than Andy other Starbucks I’ve been too. Omg I already said how great the coffee was,, would you staaaap your embarrassing me you soooo badddd!!!
