Starbucks - Coffee shop in Temple Terrace - 8912 Bertha Palmer Blvd Suite A, USA

Pretty big dining area with lots of seating. 🪑 Even next to the bathroom. 3 nice lounge areas with the soft leather seats😉. It was understaffed but ran well! They were out of almond milk so I tried coconut milk in my white chocolate mocha. It was ok, it was different. Not in a bad way, just different than my normal. ☕ Seemed the safest alternative. I can't do milk. The croissant was a little tougher than I like. 🥐 On brand for noise level. It just didn't echo as loud as other locations. 👍🏾 The manager even acknowledged my concern with the bathroom. It was clean. I just has to work to get the last morsel of soap out. 🧼

Great on-brand Starbucks. Lots of room, polite staff, clean bathrooms.

I came into this starbucks on the way from work and aas instantly greeted my the sweetest person i have ever met-- Crystle (i hope i spelled it correctly) The service, the kindness and everything was beyond starbucks I have ever visited. I travel all of the world and this is the best. literally.

Why did they randomly close and put a sign on the drive-thru, but still have workers inside? I ordered for pick-up for 4:28 pm and it was basically barren in there. Did a lap of the drive-thru and the window was shut, too. Parked and saw a girl come and park after also doing drive-thru. She knocked on the front door and I guess they refused to serve her because she left 2 minutes later. Did another lap of the drive-thru to get a picture of the sign and the lady in front managed to talk to one of the workers (still closed Starbucks window, though). If they want to close on BOGO day, why is the app still accepting orders? Last week they ran out of every Fall ingredient before 4pm. There was also broken glass in the parking lot and trash everywhere, honestly smelled like sh!t (which is usually does here).

This is a difficult location but the employees are amazing. They handle the customers and visitors with grace and kindness. I work nearby and visit frequently and I am impressed every time.

The crew this evening are the best. They have the store clean and everyone is on one accord. I seen plenty of team work and kindness to the customers. They made my day. Thank you for making my favorite frappe awesome.

One of the worst starbucks I ever worked at when it came to corporate pass along. None of the SM's in this district can seem to type out a consistent schedule but with the passing of miss information from each other what can you expect. The managers you see on shift hustling with baristas are the ones keeping that store afloat. and slowly all the original crew have left after the new SM took over a year ago. haha. and do not get me started on the cleanliness of the parts you as a customer cannot see.. and the corners they love to cut when it comes to your ICE. metal shaving babe. when this location is out of ice there was either roaches in the machine or metal chippings found scoop after scoop. I wish the baristas best of luck under this 'another brick in the wall' attitude that is corporate.

If you’re going to talk about the customers go find another job that’s up to your liking. Just rude customer service each and every time I come here. Never had any problems at other locations.
