Starbucks - Coffee shop in Pullman - 610 NE Stadium Way, USA

I ordered 3 drinks and after waiting over 90 minutes, my coworkers and I called to see what was taking so long. We were informed that they were 13 minutes behind on mobile orders and that my order was being made as we were on the phone... That was over an hour ago. Having to wait over 2 and a half hours for 3 drinks and no food is unacceptable. It's not possible to give 0 stars, otherwise I would.

Great Starbucks experience here! Very nice and professional employees who always seem to have a smile on their face. The atmosphere here is wonderful and they comfortable chairs and couches are a really nice touch!

I ordered a dirty chai drink on my way out of Pullman. Several minutes into me waiting, the batista came up to tell me she forgot to charge me for the 2 shots in my drink. I was very understanding and paid the extra 3 dollars. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally got my drink. As I was driving away, I realize that it had no coffee shots in it after all and I basically had to pay extra for air. I think I wouldn't have been as upset if she didn't make me pay extra for absolutely nothing.

It's hard to get in to the parking lot and if your close to the road you can get a ticket from police for Impeding traffic. So when they close down the lobby, it makes it 10 times harder for dashers or mobile orders to get in and get their orders in a timely manner. If there's not enough staff, they should shut down the store.

The good: The baristas here are all super great to talk with, very patient with me, and work with me being hard of hearing <3 The bad: The store seems super chaotic with really inconsistent staffing numbers The awkward: one of the baristas might need a talk about either hygiene or making messes during work, whichever one is allowing me to smell a middle aged man across the counter. I’m so sorry, but it’s been like a year almost, someone has to talk to this dude.

Mostly friendly staff, but never enough on busy game/event weekends. It's almost impossible to get into the parking lot due to the amount of traffic going in and out of the parking lot. And, it's rare to actually get a parking spot when you do make it into the lot. The drive thru a nightmare and takes forever to get through. If you order delivery it also takes forever. And, not on the drivers fault, but Starbucks taking forever to make their order. I've never experienced this with any other Starbucks before. I firmly believe the location of this store is what's making it so undesirable.

Today, I chose to go into the store rather than wait in the line for a drive-thru order. My mistake. It took a few mins for someone to take my order, I get it, they're busy. When I went to order, the batista mentioned it would be a 10-15 min wait ( I was fine with this because that's about how long I would have waited in the drive thru line anyway) I ended up waiting 35 mins for my coffee. When I asked when I'd get my coffee I was told by one batista that her job looks deceiving, while she is busy working away at orders she mentioned she was solely working on mobile and drive thru and even though I was told my wait time, it can change when mobile and drive thru orders are placed.... So mobile/ drive thru drinks placed well after my order take precedence. They need a better system in place to function and get drinks out in a timely manner.

I am astounded at how poorly this parking lot is designed. It blows my mind. I've never seen anything like it before, and for my sanity's sake I hope I never do again. The people are wonderful but the piss poor planning of this parking lot and drive thru makes me utterly despise this Starbucks and avoid it like the plague.
