This Starbucks is fairly standard, though the staff were very friendly and seemed to be in good cheer. My experience at many local coffee places was of overworked and undersupported employees doing their best. This was the opposite.
I sat outside to observe what kinds of forces are at work in Mount Laurel. It was nice to have a patio to enjoy a hot coffee in the chilly air. Being near a major interchange between a highway and a large office park, the Starbucks patio was a great place to see all the different cars that moved around an outer suburb of Philadelphia.
The hot coffee was enjoyable, and a welcome expectation.
Staff were protecting people by following Covid precautions. Sustainability seemed to be standard for a Starbucks is better than the bare minimum, but still not comparable to the most passionate coffee shops.
5 stars!
Like many people, I have been to quite a few Starbucks in my day, but this is by far my favorite. I’m traveling and staying at the nearby Aloft so stopped in for a late drink. Kayla was an absolute angel to make something great for me and it was honestly the best drink I have ever had. She was just as wonderful the next night & again knocked it out of the park with the drink. I didn’t catch her coworkers names, but they were also so fun and easy to talk to. If I could just transplant this location and staff to my home, I would be in heaven!
It's my spot. Service is great, but the parking lot configuration is awful. Don't know how NJDOT let that nonsense slide. It's a high volume store, but it makes me think about just going to Barnes & Nobles cause walking in and up is easier than fellowships drive thru.
I love Starbucks bagels. They come out of the oven warm enough for the butter to melt and make the bagel taste delicious. This was the first Starbucks I’ve been too where their bagels tasted bad. They came out of the toaster oven cold, twice, though customer service did try to replace. It must be the settings on the oven were not high enough. Still, I go to Starbucks for their chai and bagels so this was really disappointing.
The staff here is always so nice and kind. They truly make my day. They're efficient with service and are always happy to serve me !
They def know ruining your day messing up your order and trying to prove me wrong.it sucks especially when you travel a lot and can not have coffee/food on time if at all
This location has by far the friendliest staff I’ve ever witnessed in a Starbucks location. I ordered 2 coffees and within 5 minutes of placing the order on the mobile app they were ready and actually made right. I was greeted by 3 staff members as soon as I walked In the door and then while grabbing my coffees another employee had a full conversation with me about how my day was and wished for better weather to make my day better! I’m sad this location is not local to me.
The drink took very long, like any other place with a drive thru, ordering inside takes way longer, drive thru trumps inside orders everytime!

My favorite place to bring the grandchildren. My oldest GD is 14, my GS is 4 and my youngest GD is 1. There is something for everyone. A splash park, rides, the arcade and much more.
It was my first time ever eating at the restaurant and I would definitely go back again! Our servers were kind and made many trips to our table to ask if we needed anything or to clear empty plates. We had a booth that sat 6 people comfortably. There
Waitress was super nice and friendly. We went around 3 pm so everything came quickly as they were not too busy. The food and drinks were great. We got the steak quesadilla which was my favorite. Shrimp, grouper and buffalo chicken tacos and a hero bu

Great place to eat. Went for an early dinner and it was very quiet during the week. I ordered the county vegetable plate which is 4 sides. At my regular Cracker Barrel they always put the 4 sides on a plate for it to be a meal but at this location ,
