Starbucks - Coffee shop in Wesley Chapel - 28676 Wesley Chapel Boulevard, FL-54, USA

The staff at my local Starbucks are wonderful. Went in today (08.19.2023) at around 3:30pm to pick up an online order I had placed not even 5 minutes earlier. One item was already ready and the other two were prepared within the next 2 minutes. They called out my name (which is hard to pronounce), apologized for mispronouncing it and then went on to ask how to correctly pronounce it. The two beverages were perfectly prepared and the cake pop was delicious as always. They wished me a wonderful day and I went home with a smile.

Excellent location, atmosphere & esp great service! They take time to make just what you want with no attitude that you can get at times elsewhere. Even the young staff is very sweet, hard working & impressive as they know their stuff. My drinks are always great! The only downside is that for some reason this store closes earlier than the other locations near by. I find that this location treats regulars very well also, so it makes it feel less like a chain & gives it more of a hometown vibe. Thanks to Cas for all of their great drink suggestions. It really makes the money feel more well spent vs a guilty pleasure.

This is *MY* Starbucks. I mobile order for convenience but hate not getting to talk to humans. My favorite thing about this store is that every employee in it greets me with a grand hello when I come in and makes me feel just like a loved little human. My coffee is perfect everytime always. Thank you!

I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what but this location needs to be closed down. I've never waited less than 20/30 minutes to pick up in the drive through. Something needs to be done.

I go to this Starbucks regularly. Just about every time, they take 20-30 minutes to make my order of a simple hot black brewed coffee. Compared to all other Starbucks in the Wesley Chapel and New Tampa area, this Starbucks is consistently the slowest and most inaccurate with their service. The interior is not the most cleanest either. It doesn't look like they wipe their tables at all. If you don't want to wait and enjoy your cup of coffee, go elsewhere.

Whenever I come to this location they are always slow. The coffee is always warm at best. They are usually always out of different type of coffee. How can a coffee shop be out of coffee at 6am? I recommend going to another location.

Pretty terrible management… always out of stock, always struggles to get orders right or deliver timely during peak hours, always dirty and messy… puts a shame to the Starbucks name

Not too bad! Parking sucks! Love the drive tru. Lobby tables sometimes dirty.
