Starbucks - Coffee shop in Bellevue - 226 Bellevue Square, USA

This is a Well Designed Starbucks location. Though the lines may be long durin high traffic hours. I appreciate the Staff working hard at it. I always order the Mocha Frappuccino & Bacon Gouda with egg. I highly recommend if you are in need of coffee or a snack to eat. Thank you and God Bless Bellevue Square Starbucks!

I ordered a hot tea, about 20 minutes ago and when I followed up on my order, the person at the counter just said it will come, without giving any reason for why 10s of people who ordered after me were able to get their orders. I had to wait again, and follow up with another person to get anyone to even look at it and deliver mine. Crazy service, I never left this review before.

Rude, lying incompetent staff. The worst experience I have ever had. After ordering a green tea frap, I just wanted to have another cup of water. Standing there like a beggar for 3 minutes but no one came. I asked again and he said “you want water? I will get it to you soon” and it never came. They are just standing there doing nothing humming songs. I will never come to this location again

Service and ordering via the app was fine, but my lord, the staff here is so overbearing and overwhelmingly loud and obnoxious. It’s fine to be in a positive mood, but constantly shouting at each other, shouting at customers, loud animal noises and loud singing with their extremely loud in-store music, etc… being in the mall before open and you can hear them yelling all the way across center court and way down the aisle. It’s very offputting.

Drove around the mall during busy hours of Black Friday thinking there was a Starbucks drive through. Waste of a good 30 minutes at 730 pm. Now everything else is closed

I don't understand the setup here. I got here at opening, I was second in line. I waited over 15 min while 8 mobile orders were made in front of mine... what kind of customer service is this??? Its such a joke

They skipped my wife because she ordered a water. We left a tip and we’re still treated badly. Not very polite and disrespectful felt looked down upon by this store.

Ordered two drinks (both of which were the same Salted Caramel Coldfoam Coldbrew) totaling $10 and change. 12 minutes later, we get them and one of them is obviously not correct (shown in the image, the left is what is expected, the right is not). They did offer to remake it after I pointed out they were different, but I simply didn’t want to continue to wait.
