Starbucks - Coffee shop in Romulus - 8330 Merriman Rd, USA

I had the chai tea and my partner had a non-fat latte. There were 6 employees and no customers in front of us in the store but our order of 2 drinks still took more than five minutes. The drive-thru was clearly the store’s priority. However, once they were made, our drinks were very yummy!

Nice but weird that we can’t go inside the store at 9am. I have to stand outside and wait for the employees to bring my mobile order drink out… It is cold as heck outside. And I have no way to contact them and tell them that my drink is ready.

I work in Romulus but frequent many Starbucks locations. I have NEVER had as much consistency or speed at any other location! I have never gotten the wrong order, and my coffee is already ready within minutes of placing a mobile order, regardless of their busy mornings.

Normally I have a terrific experience here but I just dud mobile order and when I walked in no one spoke to me. 4 workers 0 customers inside and all of 3 cars in drive thru. Most were working but one with glasses was doing nothing while I stood there. Finally she made my drink and just said my name handed me my drink and turned away. Wow what great customer service. Idk why majority of the people in Detroit are miserable but it is NOT cute. I understand it's 530a but ur up and at work..time to put ur pretend smile on. Tf..next time I'll get my coffee at the airport 🙄

Place my order, was not ask name for the order,which was the first time. how ever after placing my order went and sat, after 5 minutes, I see other people that came after me got they order already, so I decided to go up at the counter, saw a coffee there, the attendant totally ignored me, just because I also order a ham and swiss croissant, that I saw laying on the other side of the counter, I assume that was my order since no one other customer was around waiting.

Wanna know why NOBODY cares how much Starbucks baristas earn, or why their union efforts are always shut down? Because they can’t even fulfill an order with three items. You guys already make way too much for the quality of service you get from this dump. Get a new job, because you’re all TERRIBLE at the one have.

What kind of Starbucks doesn't give you cream cheese for your bagels when you specifically ask for it? THIS ONE Avoid at all cost, especially when employees were in denial about me making that specific request at the counter and was then told I have to pay extra for it after already paying, or was even asked to confirm if I wanted anything added to my bagels even if I didn't ask. I call that incompetence and lack of understanding the meaning of customer service

The carmel frappuccino I had was delicious. But the breakfast Sandwich with the gouda, eggs ,cheese and bacon wasn't worth the price I paid for it. The egg muffin was chewy from it begin warmed up BECAUSE IT'S A FROZEN SANDWICH.. A friend spoke highly of it and I wish that I had stayed with just getting the drink.. I'll stick with the drinks only
