Starbucks - Coffee shop in Denham Springs - 31669 LA-16, USA

You can see my past Google reviews to confirm that I never leave negative reviews of businesses, but after multiple bad experiences at this location, I felt compelled to do so today. This morning at around 9am was particularly bad, as "Madison" seemed to be in a horrible mood and as if checking her phone during this morning rush was the most important thing on her agenda. Although I stood in front of Madison obviously waiting to be acknowledged, I was not acknowledged until I spoke to Madison first, only to be met with a short, sassy response. I was not the only customer put off by her demeanor, as the gentleman next to me expressed it as well and was annoyed when he had to wait until Madison finished her cell phone business before receiving his drink carrier. The employee in the bucket hat, working the pastry side of the store was also terribly unpleasant. The attitude radiated to everyone in the store, customers and fellow employees alike. I'm positive a check of your cameras will confirm this in the way he can be seen slamming and tossing prepared pastry orders down as he sold them. The entire establishment was unorganized, messy and in a general state of disarray. As a long time service industry employee, I understand how hard it is to keep a positive attitude and stay calm during these "rushes" but the atmosphere I felt that I was met with today is unacceptable. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and I frequent all 3 Denham Springs locations often. I am never met with this same negative energy and messy atmosphere at the other 2 locations, even during a busy rush. Although Starbucks will never lose my business, I will avoid this location moving forward.

Wish I would’ve saw these reviews before taking my kids in on Halloween dressed as Starbucks . The guy taking the order seemed as though he was forcing himself to talk to them, the girl act as if she was so busy couldn’t even ask her a question without her looking like we just threw a monkey ranch in her day, she completely ignored them . She only laughed when my daughter said she loves Starbucks and the guy said “you can take the rest of my shift if you like” as if there was this inside joke going on. My daughter was so excited to go there because she loves Starbucks and said “everyone is going to say how pretty we are” but my kids were truly ignored. And NO ONE was in there. It’s common courtesy that’s all, these are kids. Interactions means the most to them. You’re in fast food (coffee) services you should know how to act. I was trying to spark a conversation. But epic failure. Boring, rude and horrible staff. Definitely don’t give the “Starbucks” vibe. Wish we went somewhere else

i usually love going to this location, but the past few times have been God awful. last time i went there i stood in the lobby as i waited for the girl that was on drive thru finish giving a customer her phone number, then after that she finally came and took my order. that is ridiculous, and because of that i probably won’t be coming back. i thought i was going to a coffee shop not a dating game.

I visited this location Wednesday. This location has the most amazing staff! Everyone deserves a raise ❤️ They go above and beyond for customers and put care into every drink. It made my day

Super nice people, quick service. Surprised at all the stuff they had in there beyond just coffee (since I don’t drink it! 😉). Lots of breakfast foods and other kinds of drinks. Did I mention the super nice people?!

Most of the time the staff is friendly, but I understand sometimes they are busy and will get to me as soon as they can. Today was different, when I walked in, a lady greeted me that was sitting in store at table. As I got to the counter for Mobil pick ups, I stood there and waited and waited. ( I was there for uber eats delivery) no one behind the counter ever Acknowledged me, not one word to me the entire time. It was only a few mins probably, but the package that was on counter did not have any name, so I waited and the lady closest to me was looking for stuff to do, she was wiping off counters and came all the way to me and then all the way on the other side with NOTHING! I was getting so aggravated cuz not a word was said to me finally, I said something to her “ I’m here for an order for so and so with Uber eats and she looked at bag, no name, so she looked in bag and handed it to me, still not one word, no smiles nothing. So the entire time I waited it was sitting in My face, but no one offered any kind of assistance to me. Idc what I’m there for, I’m a customer when I walk through that door.

The starbucks in Denham springs Louisiana is always fast and good

Staff is okay, they have their days when they wanna be nice other times not so much. But the real reason i’m giving two stars is because they literally never have anything!!!!!!! they are always out of everything. countless times i’ve been and had to change my order because they are out of whatever it is. just go to a different location nicer people and they actually have stuff to make a coffee
