You know there are days when you just feel like sitting down and reflecting on what’s just happened. Thank you Starbucks for this place and creating an environment (not just here) where that can happen. For the peace, love and beauty. Thank you.
What great customer service is all about! We had a Drink order go bad twice, at a neighboring Starbucks came to this location and Ashlee took care of us and made everything right! Grateful for good customer service we will be back. Thank you.
I got the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. Very good. 5 star review.
Very friendly location , always has a happy bubbly Gals, love it
Jane is amazing and deserves a raise - she's an absolute doll. She is always so friendly and sweet, despite it being crazy and them looking like they are short staffed.
So hours say 6am. Doors locked, staff just ignoring customers with no sign that they aren’t open? If it’s a staffing issue don’t advertise you are open for in person dining. This happens often, I would avoid this Starbucks as it’s clearly terribly managed. It was 6:28 when I was there, 3 staff members, then when I called I got hung up on by a staff member named McKenzie, almost placing blame on my wife and I for even being there. Would also reccomemd some customer service training for staff here.
Today I went to order the newest holiday drink, the gingerbread oat milk chai. I then asked the women if I could have it blended instead of iced. She said the drink doesn't come that way so, "I'll have to so it as a blended chai with added oat milk and added gingerbread flavoring." That added an extra $1.60 to my drink order! When I asked her about this and pointed out that the menu had the exact drink I was ordering on it she told me that the drink did not come blended so she'd have to ring it in as added ingredients and I would be charged extra!!! I know $1.60 isn't a lot of money BUT I should not have to pay any additional charge to have my ICED DRINK BLENDED, REGARDLESS OF HOW IT NEEDS TO BE INPUT INTO THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM! Such appalling customer service from this location. I will not be returning!!!
This was a regular stop on my way to work, almost daily. Stopped there today ordered a blended caramel Frappuccino. It was completely sour, milk was rotten. Threw up immediately and tossed out the drink. I didn't have time to go back to get a refund or I'd been late for work. I called to let them know and Ky, who I spoke to acted like I was a burden said oh sorry about that, I'll check to see if our milk is expired. No, offer to refund or replace. Terrible customer service. Therefore, I will no longer buy any. Starbucks over priced, sour milk coffee again.
If you go to any coffee shop in all of Portland, this has to be the one! Ryan has so much experience in coffee and it absolutely shows. He puts so much care into each cup of coffee that he makes and his latte art is phenomenal ð¥ His espresso is ab

This is a lovely, good-looking coffee shop in the Pearl District in a classy area, parking may not be the best at all times but it's a nice walk to get to. The interior is pretty nice and service tends to be quick, not very much seating inside but th
I love this spot. They have one of the best cappuccinos in Portland. The staff is always kind, and friendly. And the tunes are always on point. Pro tip: ask for sugar crunchies on your capp. You wonât regret it!
Awesome facility and located 5 minutes away. It was easy to find, although I wish it had a Risio sign outside. Their website was nice to navigate through and book a drop in session. Margaret the owner communicates and follows through and she looks li

The cart weâve needed! Rich flavors with the creamiest mac n cheese and mashed potatoes (my fave). Donât sleep on the desserts either. Somehow tastes even better as leftovers!
I absolutely loved this spot!! We stumbled upon it after picking up some food from the Cart Blocks trucks. We were welcomed in with our food and purchased a glass of wine to enjoy with our food on the top deck. The atmosphere is so lovely! The serve
Lexie is everything youâd want in a trainer. Smart, funny, and down to earth, but also tough enough to keep you motivated. Iâve been working with her for a year and a half and Iâve made significant progress in terms of strength and mobility. Iâ
This place is fantastic. This was our first visit. The customer ahead of us was giddy to recommend their house made vanilla syrup for our coffee drink and the âwicked awesomeâ sandwich. We arenât vegetarians but he was so insistent that we chan
