Had a horrible experience with service waited real 15 minutes for my order asked about 10 minutes later asked about it again 10 minutes later asked about it again so after 35 minutes with reluctancy I finally was able to come out the place with a cup of coffee.
Coffee is ok, but waiting 35 minutes is not ok.
This is the best location. The manager is so helpful and kind. She was honest about the drinks that she liked and didn’t like. The staff is very friendly and they move quickly.
If I hadn't already paid for my two drinks I would have left. There were only two guys doing everything behind the counter. I had to wait 27 minutes for two drinks! That's crazy. They need more help. Those guys didn't miss a beat but customers should not have to wait that long. Add to that the store was filthy. The floor was covered with black shoe prints everywhere. It was 60 degrees today and not raining. There was no reason for that. Garbage all over the floor and the counter. Very disappointing.
Sorry but I like when I used to go and the employee already new what my order now they have an employee always sick passing his hands by nose and then ears and then he picks up the cup thru the top parts of the cups
Terrible. Waited over 15 minutes for a cappuccino. Would up leaving w/o the coffee to get to an appointment. Only 3 people working at a super busy store. Will not be going back.
I go there everyday, I order through mobile because I only get a 15 min break, service is terrible. I always have to wait for my order n it’s only a coffee and a loaf, many times I have to go to the desk and ask for it! I’m not happy at all!
