Starbucks - Coffee shop in Gilbert - 2334 S Val Vista Dr, USA

Wow! This store was great. This Starbucks has the most friendly and upbeat staff all the time, even at 4 in the morning when the store first opens. And if you find yourself homeless and hopeless, there is a small set of chairs and table on the side of the drive through that does not have any bugs or lights.

Went here today with my husband, he ordered a tall Frappuccino and the cashier/barista, a young girl gave him his drink which seems not to have any coffee/espresso in it. My husband was about to let it go and go to another starbucks, but after tasting it, I told him to go ask them to fix it. This time, a young man barista apologized and made him the Frappuccino. There was another lady ( a supervisor, maybe) who was talking with him through the headset, and was asking him how much of it did my husband drink? How about apologize for their mistake? Overall, very rude and terrible customer service. Also, I had to use the restroom, and they had both restroom doors opened for cleaning and unable to shut. I had to use the restroom with the door wide open. Other starbucks clean batrooms one at a time. This location restricting customers from using restrooms during business hours is unacceptable. We go to starbucks almost daily and at least a couple of times a week. This is our first and last time at this location.

It's always something with this location, today they only had 2 employees but didn't turn off the mobile ordering which was convenient for ordering but the super long wait even after arriving at the quoted time was not convenient at all. Could have simply gone to a nearby store and had faster service but we went out of our way for the mobile ordering option which was a mistake. The 2 person crew did their best but they were just too bogged down to keep up.... After 10 minutes a third employee came out the back which helped but they were still running behind.

There is a disconnect somewhere between the online app and the order sticker. On the app I choose (1/4 "splash) of cream. On the cup sticker it says 1/4" cream. If you put a splash or 1/4 inch cream in a large black coffee it should be dark brown, not white or tan. I think they're putting a 1/4 cup of creme in my coffee not 1/4" (splash) Either go back to letting the customer put their own sugar and cream in or teach the baristas how to properly follow the instructions. Also, light ice doesn't mean I don't want any ice in my coffee, it just means I don't want a cup full of ice and no coffee.

Good quick service but why don't they automatically give you napkins at the drive through? I got a breakfast sandwich and it's good but a little greasy. No napkins.

I stood at the register at least 4 minutes awaiting service, while the cashier with name label Bri, stood directly in front of me writing on labels, and paid no attention to me. I had to ask for service and she went on to say that she was writing when I mentioned that I wondered if she was open. She was very rude and the service was not what I am accustomed to from Starbucks. I will not share the entire exchange, however do know that it was enough to make me feel unwelcome. In addition, the location was quite dirty within the restroom and lobby. As if that wasn’t enough, the barista kept wiping her nose on her hand and shirt, while making drinks, including mine! The entire staff seemed to be very unprofessional with being more concerned with talking rather than customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

I tried to use my 170 stars yesterday going through the drive through. As the starbucks employee was handing my Ice coffee to me, she told me I needed 200 stars now and wouldn't give me the ice coffee. I have spent thousands of dollars at starbucks. I go almost daily from work on my lunch break and get at least two coffees. I am really shocked that this lady rather waste a coffee over 30 stars than give me what was already made. I didn't upload money to my app because I will never go to starbucks again!

The service I received was the worst I've ever had. It began with the indifference I encountered from the initial cashier and continued with the poorly made coffee. The whole process, from start to finish, took 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Do not go here!!!
