Starbucks - Coffee shop in American Fork - 496 E State St, USA

I slept in a little late, and was really needing some coffee, when I was on my way to lunch. I decided to drop by, and get a quick order of salted caramel cold brew coffee. The parking lot was packed, not a hard time even finding a parking spot... But upon walking in, I noticed at the place was not really that fault. Maybe only a quarter of the seats were taken... Along with a decent backed up drive-thru line. It took a few minutes, but nothing I can really complain about. My coffee came back to me, and tasted quite nice. Well the place didn't really seem to be organized very well, and there's a lot of misplaced chairs and tables that hadn't been cleaned in a bit. All in all though, it was pretty quick to get in and out, and my coffee was great.

The only Starbucks to get my order right every time, and never burn my espresso shots! I just wish they did a little better with DoorDash type deliveries in getting the order right. In person it’s always perfect!

I am going to be so real, I had never been to a coffee shop before, and I went in and was helped by Vieve/V and they were the BEST! when I tell you that this person deserves a raise they for realllll do!!! If you go and Vieve helps you, y'all better be nice to them because they are a saint fr!!! And V, if you are reading this, you are the best! Best Pink Drink ever!!

This is the best Starbucks ever! It's right by my house so I go here very often and I have never once had a bad experience. The service is always noticeably amazing! The workers are so kind and friendly and always make it an enjoyable experience.

I was having an awful day, when I decided to treat myself to some Starbucks. I don’t know which one of the baristas made my caramel macchiato but it was quite literally the best drink I’ve ever received from any Starbucks. It wasn’t overpoweringly sweet, and the espresso tasted just right. That changed my day.

The coffee is always good, but they haven't been great at marking things as out of stock, and this is the second time I haven't been able to get what I ordered or tried to order

Well, I have been to this location plenty of times before but this last time was interesting. It was very nice to actually see a person of different nationality work there. I didn't get her name but she acknowledged me when I got to the counter and not with a fake smile. I told her what I like and she actually recommended something similar to what she gets and I agreed to try it. I wasn't expecting to pay almost $9 for a grande tho. Restrooms could be cleaner tho for having so many people working there too because there was toilet paper on the floor and seats not clean.

So I went January 20 and the first picture I drake it all and when I go to the bottom I ate a bit of that so I called talked to them about it they said sorry to come by and get a new one well I did today January 21and some of the strawberries look black so now I don’t know if they are usually like that or what??? A month ago I order two drinks and they messed up one of it but I just left it alone a drank it not a big deal but the strawberries aren’t sitting right with me
