Starbucks - Coffee shop in Spartanburg - 805 N Pine St, USA

The staff was incredibly kind and efficient despite being really busy! The seating is great from groups of 2 but a bit more difficult for larger groups.

I have lived in many states and went to many locations in those states, and i also was a shift leader for starbucks for 3 years. I dont think i have ever been to such a slow starbucks before. I have been living around this starbucks since July 2023 and i learned quickly to avoid it and go to another location. I pass this starbucks every single day on the way to work, and i used to go 7 days a week, and i now only go 1-2 days a week and only when i can go to other locations. I used to mobile order my coffee around 715-725 everyday and show up at 750 and VERY often my order wouldnt be ready. That is absolutely insane to me that ONE single drink would take that long. I used to do cold brew and also iced lattes, and nomatter what drink it was it took this long. Today i went and i ordered at 12:00 PM and didnt get my order until 12:16PM. It was an iced chai with no espresso or anything, theres no reasont hat should take 16 minutes. I had to stop going to starbucks because it takes at minimum 15 mins to get a drink and at max sometimes it would be 30-40 minutes. i truly dont understand how it can take this long for a single drink. Something needs to change.

Raced across town to be here on time. Arrived 15 minutes before closing. They refused to take my order with a "merry christmas" over the drive thru. I'm still in line. Headed back to work!

I was in need of an afternoon pick me up, and I knew that Starbucks would follow through. I was a bit wary of their food selection due to the fact that it looked like it had been sitting out for some time. I ended up getting a prepackaged fruit and cheese tray. It was very good and all of the fruit tasted very fresh. I drinks were made quickly and as expected. We set out on the patio and enjoyed our drinks. It's right next to a busy highway, so it was a bit noisy, but we didn't really mind. All in all this location was great.

Horrible experience, a woman cut the drive thru line of about 8 cars, causing those patiently waiting to get upset and honk. As she would not leave, honking continued, causing a staff member to come out. The staff member told those who were waiting in line to leave, and took the order of the woman who cut the line. The staff at this location are clueless, and illogical. A complaint was filed with coroporate, and will hopefully ensure something of this nature does not take place again. This is written to encourage that others don’t waste their time here.

Who doesn’t love Starbucks! There is something for everyone. Appreciate the calories listed by the drinks!! My fav right now is the Brown sugar shaken expresso.

It's a decent place to stop for coffee. Parking lot is a bit awkward to get to the drive through since its connected to another lot, so you have cars sometime fighting to get around eachother. People will cut eachother off in the drive thru if they're not angled just right behind the vehicle in front of them. That makes it difficult for people wanting to get to the other businesses to get through and around, so I've witnessed a bit of road rage in the lot. I was a little disappointed with how some of the employees behave when you ask about your order. I had a drink that is normally about $9 and it came out to almost $11 so I tried to double check and make sure there hadn't been any mistakes made during ordering, but the girl with glasses in the drive thru window got an attitude and was quite abrasive for simply asking questions. I don't think its unreasonable to ask about an order if something seems off. She got quite short and snippy with me. Usually there is an extremely friendly gentleman at the window that does a fantastic job, but unfortunately not today.

I just Love the Different Flavors. It was packed that day, inside and outside. I ordered the Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte.
