Two days in a row it has been at least a 30 minute wait in the drive up to get one cup of coffee. Starting at the order board till you drive off. This was at 6:30 AM with nobody going inside to order or pick up.
Totally unacceptable service. It’s my fault for going back the second day, but I will not ever go back… I will drive to the Bogue Rd one and receive amazing service and a friendly atmosphere along with a coffee that is not messed up.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, service great, lots of variety seating, drive thru, restrooms, WiFi, healthy snacks, foods, juices, coffee specialty drinks, parking lot and easy to notice off main drag. All the items taste great and clean.
Great place to hangout and meet people. We love our "evening go to place," and try to know the names of each of the friendly baristas. They're so competent and most even greet us by name when we walk in. We consider them all to be family. 😊
The crew seemed nice, outgoing, and like they communicated with each other.
A beautiful Starbucks location, but because it is not corporate owned they do not honor loyalty rewards.

Don't recommend this location at all! Whether they are busy or not, drinks are never right. Seems like they rather talk and gossip rather than actually putting in the effort to make the drinks correct.
I got a grande Nitro Cold Brew for almost $6, and it wasnt even full, half of it was foam. I got another drink and noticed one of the barista shaking his head at it. How hard was it for him to add caramel on top, it's just one more step. Its plain laziness. It's infuriating because I'm paying for the drink, I should get what I paid for.

This store on Clark Ave and 20 Hwy is by far the best one! Its staff is not just nice, but they are the fastest and most accurate when it comes to mobile ordering. Love them!! â¤ï¸

I stopped in here on a drive and Iâm not kidding. This is the friendliest In-N-Out Iâve ever been to. The staff at this location is so kind. My experience was that there was plenty of parking. I walked right in. Thereâs also plenty of seating.
