Starbucks - Coffee shop in Plattsburgh - 359 Cornelia St, USA

Nice staff, but confused when asked for the manager from a table of four staff members seating near cashier - they all had different answers, until the manager finally came to us as we were leaving. We have been at this Starbucks after they are robbed and had no bathroom opened - only window service and we understood and still came back this time, but NEVER AGAIN buying Coffee Bean Bags at any Starbucks. Bought two pound bags at a NYC Starbucks and asked them to ground it because the remote ski house we were heading to did not have a grinder and the nyc Starbucks baristas forgot to grind the 1lb pound bag we took there. Aside from having to deal with a group of coffee drinking skiers without coffee at 6am (not recommended) - we then had to deal with the fact that Starbucks (including this store) will not grind any coffee bought at their stores that was opened - we opened our pound bag to use but learned that the Starbucks staff could not help us and they suggested Target And to think we were trying to save time by buying the pounds of coffee beans at Starbucks.

I love coming here. Superior service compared to two other local Starbucks.

Very clean and inviting. We went inside and ordered, service was good and we got our order fairly quickly. Would recommend!

I actually am the type of person to tip at a drive thru for excellent service or large orders but I do so at my discretion not the business or cashier’s (who probably didn’t even make my drink). Idk if it was the cashier themselves or a new corporate policy but they handed me the cc machine to put pressure on customer to tip at the drive thru. Tipping at a drive thru is not necessary or expected and to put the customer on the spot like that is just plain rude.

Went thru drive thru. Service was quick. Drink Chai was excellent. Worker was smiles and wonderful with customer service.

Good place, friendly staff, but definitely need to rethink the parking lot/drive thru situation. Very not cool that the line gets so long it blocks people in spaces constantly.

Besides the coffees and teas the food is not so tasty. I’ve tried many of the items on the menu and always seem to be disappointed. The desserts are very good however.

Unfortunately they don’t wear name tags, but the plus size young woman (no offense) who took my order had a condescending and unfriendly attitude. Not really looking forward to going back. The rest of the staff was sincerely friendly and fantastic!
