Just passing through the area - this Starbucks was super busy with a long line of cars for the drive-thru. We went in and placed our order. The staff was working SO hard and efficiently - they kept that car line moving quickly and attended the in-house clients pleasantly. The team seemed to be working so well together and so diligently - I was moved by how hard they are working and how intricate the orders are. Kudos to this group of barristas!
We were.in the drive thru I counted 11 cars ahead of us. The line went very quickly. Our drinks were really good and we actually got a grilled cheese sandwich and it was probably one of the best I have ever had.
I ordered light heavy cream and I got all cream no coffee🥲🥲🥲 I can’t even drink it.

Drive thru line was long so I decided to go inside to order. Could’ve made it through the drive thru twice by the time I got out from inside. The guy with the beard and tattoos needs another training session on customer service apparently. Rude, rushed me through ordering, only to not ring up one of the drinks I asked for. So instead of waiting once for my order I got to wait twice. Maybe instead of rushing people take an extra second to actually listen and ring the order up right.
I come here EVERYDAY, my daughter loves her Starbucks. The lines are always way too long and the wait time is forever. So I always have her order online and do her mobile order. It has never been a problem until today apparently. My daughter placed her order before leaving our house, we get there and there is no line which is not normal for this time.. we approach the drive thru and are greeted by Jocelyn. Which isn’t the first time she has helped us. I inform her I have a mobile order, give her the name and she tells me the order was placed 6 minutes ago and for future reference we need to give them 10-15 minutes ahead of time.. she was not friendly when speaking and there was no one else there. I go to the window and the drink is already ready. First she could have said it nicely, and second..Everytime she speaks through the drive thru she is so loud it’s like she’s yelling. I’m a bit irritated with this Starbucks due to the fact my daughter placed her order through the mobile app like she always does because they are always busy… the one time we get here and they have no one here the ‘barista’ has an attitude because we placed the order 6 minutes prior to us showing up.. no need to have an attitude.. learn how to speak to customers and also take it down a notch on the microphone before you bust someone’s ear drum.
When I went through the drive through the lady didn't even look at me or say anything and just was literally looking into the store with the back of her head to me and was like just holding the card reader out the window and then the order was wrong as well.
I believe her name was Shayla or Sheila!? But, she was very nice and so friendly. I accidentally ordered my sister and my drink wrong and she had no problem remaking it for us and was super nice about it. I also loved how nice she was to my daughter and nephew. She made their day and my daughter kept saying she was so nice that she liked her 😊🩵. We need more people like her at a workplace to start people’s day off right
It was the first time using the Tim Hortons app. My cashier was very patient and understanding and helped me quite a bit. Have it not been for her I'd probably still be standing in line trying to figure it out LOL
